Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for process automation initiatives Translate business needs into BPMN 2.0 process models Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Work closely with developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation of workflows Define business rules and decision logic using DMN where applicable Facilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations Maintain documentation including: process maps user stories functional specifications Monitor process performance and recommend improvements Required Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as a Business Analyst in workflow or process automation projects Strong experience working with Camunda, ideally Camunda 8 Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 Familiarity with DMN Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear process models and delivery-ready documentation Preferred / Desirable Experience with Camunda Modeler, Tasklist, Operate, and Optimize Experience with Camunda 7 and Camunda 8 Understanding of event-driven or microservices-based architectures Familiarity with API integrations and system interactions Experience with process mining / process optimisation Domain exposure in: Banking Insurance Healthcare Telecom Camunda 8 Certification or relevant BPM / BA certifications Ideal Profile This role is best suited to someone currently operating as a: Camunda Business Analyst BPM Business Analyst Workflow Analyst Process Analyst Automation Business Analyst
