Our Operational Excellence team are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. Baringa has grown so fast, and it continues to grow rapidly. Those new joiners keep on coming! We are on a mission to develop great technology products, deliver great services, and protect the trust our people and clients place in us. We have installed a new operating system for ourselves, and rebooted what was a corporate IT department into a corporate technology company, transforming the way we work. Now we are building for the next era of work. AI is becoming part of the fabric of how Baringa operates, and we are developing the products and platforms that will help colleagues find knowledge, act on insight, navigate complexity, and get work done with greater speed, quality, and confidence. Some of this will be visible through intelligent experiences and agentic systems. Some of it will sit beneath the surface: data products, workflow platforms, integrations, automations, cyber security, governance, and the architecture that makes all of it safe, scalable, resilient, and useful. So much to build on, so much to progress. So much to deliver. So much to play for! Do you know what though? We are going to do it. All of it and more. We have the support to drive change. We have the belief. We are going to do great things. Come and join us! The role offers broad exposure, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Technology & Cyber operates. Having a heavy involvement in our ServiceNow roadmap alongside our developers. Creation of user stories, enhancements, defects and feature request that help shape how we deliver improvements and digital transformation across the business. An involvement in workshops, training and UAT for both colleagues and the wider business. Extending your scope to other team domains, with an initial focus on IT Services (our largest team in the Run domain) and aide us on our journey to be process-driven end-to-end. Map, document and re-design processes. Some of these processes will make it back to our ServiceNow COE to be automated, some will be mapped as-is and some will require people or process changes rather than technology changes - you will be key in all of it. Working across Plan, Build and Run. Simply put this means being able to shift between planning stages, business-as-usual and project related work. Be a champion of both Operational Excellence and ServiceNow COE. Automation, AI, Deflection and UX should be top of mind always. Help us to make data- driven-decisions. Your skills and experience A technology focused professional. Ideally with experience of ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Although more importantly - Positive, passionate, high-energy. Our Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice are looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the team. Our Asset & Operations Excellence teams help energy, utilities and industrial clients get more from their physical assets - improving safety, reliability, availability and whole-life cost across the asset lifecycle. We combine deep asset management and engineering expertise with modern enterprise asset management technology and data to help clients move from reactive maintenance to intelligent, insight-led asset management. From shaping maintenance and reliability strategy to implementing platforms such as IBM Maximo and connecting operational technology (OT) with core information technology (IT), we help asset-intensive organisations run their networks and plant more safely, sustainably and cost-effectively. What you will be doing You'll lead the design and delivery of asset management and operational transformations and improvement programs for asset-intensive clients across energy, utilities and major infrastructure companies - including current-state assessment and target operating model design through to implementation and adoption. You will help clients shift to risk/condition based and predictive maintenance strategies driving improvements in asset performance across the whole asset lifecycle. You'll lead providing advisory services related to and optimisation of EAM / CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo - shaping user requirements, configuration, data migration and integrations with ERP, SCADA, condition monitoring platforms. You'll bring IT and OT together - defining how asset systems, data and cyber-security governance operate end-to-end, and establishing change control, data ownership (RACI) and support models that keep critical systems reliable and secure. You will help clients plan and shape the overall digital, technology, AI landscape for asset optimisation You'll manage day-to-day client relationships and, at Manager / Senior Manager level, hold commercial and delivery accountability for engagements - owning scope, risk, quality and margin. You'll build and coach high-performing teams, developing junior colleagues and creating an inclusive, People First environment. You'll help grow our rapidly expanding asset management and operations practice - shaping propositions, contributing to proposals and building trusted, lasting client relationships. Your skills and experience You've built your career in asset management or asset-intensive operations - in energy, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing or a comparable sector - with a strong grounding in asset lifecycle management and maintenance and reliability principles. You've hands-on experience of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, (which may include implementation, configuration or product ownership) You understand how asset management systems connect to the wider technology landscape - ERP, SCADA, condition-based monitoring, data historians and asset / master data - and you can bridge IT and OT to make that ecosystem work. You've a strong appreciation of OT/IT integration and change governance - management of change, change control boards, data governance and RACI, and tiered (L1-L3) support models for critical asset systems. You've delivered change in a consulting, transformation or major-programme environment, comfortable owning workstreams, managing senior stakeholders and turning analysis into practical outcomes that stick. You've excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills, and you're confident leading workshops and engaging senior client stakeholders. You will have an understanding on how emergent technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving in the asset management and operations arena. It would be desirable but not essential if you have experience in helping companies define and adopt AI solutions You will have, for a Manager / Senior Manager, a track record of leading workstreams or wider engagements end-to-end, potentially including commercials and growing client relationships and teams; recognised asset management credentials (for example IAM certification or familiarity with ISO 55000) are welcome. About Baringa Baringa is a global consulting firm that partners with leaders to drive change and create value. With deep industry expertise, and enabled by advanced technology, the firm helps clients to deliver with greater confidence and certainty. With over 2,000 people across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, the firm combines global insight with local understanding. The firm works across energy and resources, financial services, government and public sector, consumer products and retail, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, manufacturing, and technology, media and telecoms, with capabilities spanning strategy, transformation and operational excellence - all powered by advanced technology, data, AI and digital innovation. Clients value Baringa's collaborative approach and the way its teams integrate seamlessly - all working with a shared understanding of what matters most. The firm is known for its kind, curious experts who listen closely and care deeply about client success as they help clients transform energy markets, modernise financial platforms, expand telecoms and digital networks through advanced data analytics, enable digital services in government, and unlock growth in consumer sectors. Certified as a Great Place to Work around the world, Baringa has been recognised by the Financial Times in 22 categories of its UK Leading Management Consultants rankings, and by Forbes for four consecutive years as one of the World's Best Management Consulting Firms. What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First. Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. In addition to this, we have introduced our 5-Year Recharge benefit which allows all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service. Flexible Working: We know that the 'ideal' work-life balance will vary from person to person and change at different stages of our working lives. To accommodate this, we have implemented a hybrid working policy and introduced more flexibility around taking unpaid leave. Corporate Responsibility Days: Our world is important to us, so all our employees get 3 every year to help social and environmental causes and increase our impact on the communities that mean the most to us. Wellbeing Fund: We want to encourage all employees to take charge and prioritise their own wellbeing. We've introduced our annual People Fund to support this by offering every individual a fund to support and manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice. Senior Manager - Editor
Mous Products Ltd.
About Mous We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That's why we're building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver. For over 10 years, we've pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we've built world-class in-house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance-led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast-growing community around the brand. From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world. About the Role As our new Senior Manager - Editor, you'll lead our editing team while staying hands-on with the edit yourself. This is a genuine player-manager role, not a promotion out of the craft you're good at. You'll personally cut our highest-priority content, own the editing pipeline end to end, and manage a remote team of editors from day one, balancing your own output with theirs. You'll work most closely with the Content Strategy Lead, and you'll partner regularly with content production, graphic design and creative strategy. Every channel we publish video on: paid social, organic, YouTube, ecommerce, and Amazon, depends on what comes out of your team. This is high-visibility work across major launches and partnerships at a fast-growing, premium global brand, with direct influence over our creative standards, how the editing team is structured, and how the function scales as content volume grows. The natural path from here is leading the editing function outright as the team and output continue to grow. About You You're an editor first, someone who genuinely loves building a story in the edit and has the craft to prove it, but you've outgrown just being the best person on the timeline. You want to raise everyone else's work too, and you get real satisfaction from watching an editor you've coached level up. You would think commercially as much as creatively that a great cut isn't just satisfying to watch, it's a hook that retains and a number that moves. The opportunity to run a busy, multi-project pipeline without letting things slip excites you and you are able to stay calm and decisive when a launch deadline is approaching rather than letting the pressure show in your decision-making. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Line-manage the editing team: allocate workload, quality-control output, and run development plans and reviews for each editor. Hands-On Editing - Personally edit our highest-priority content, keeping your own craft at the standard you expect from the team. Pipeline Ownership - Own the editing pipeline end to end, keeping a high-volume, multi-project workload moving through peak launch periods without slippage. Performance & Iteration - Review performance data on published content and feed it back into how the team edits - hooks, retention, and what to change next time. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with content production, graphic design, and creative strategy teams How will success be measured? The editing team consistently ships high-quality, high-performing content across every channel, on schedule through peak periods Your own edits maintain the standard the team is held to Editors on your team show measurable development against their review plans You would use performance data to actively shape how the team edits and not just report on it Skills requirements: Skills requirements Hard skills: Exceptional editing craft - a proven ability to build compelling stories through the edit (Premiere Pro/DaVinci or equivalent) 3+ years' editing experience across both short-form and long-form content Experience managing or mentoring other editors A track record editing performance content, with a real understanding of hooks, retention, and iteration Soft skills: Highly organised - able to run a multi-project pipeline without slippage Genuinely cares about performance and commercial outcomes, not just craft A clear communicator and coach who can raise the standard of others' work Calm and decisive under deadline pressure Nice to have: Commercial acumen - understands how content ladders up to revenue D2C/consumer brand experience Motion graphics or sound design ability About Our Offer We operate a hybrid working model, typically spending at least three days a week in our Hoxton office to maintain our collaborative and high-energy culture. Benefits include: Significant opportunity for growth, ownership, and career progression Competitive salary reflective of experience and impact 30% Friends & Family discount on all Mous products 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays 1 month paid leave after 5 years' service Cycle to Work Scheme Charlie HR perks and discounts Regular socials, events, and on-site activities (including an on-site gym) About Our Values About our Values G et Results - We take accountability, prioritise impact, and push standards higher. Work Together - We collaborate openly, challenge constructively, and learn from each other. Enjoy the Ride - We stay agile, embrace change, and enjoy building something special together. About Our Commitment Mous is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate individuality and are committed to building a diverse team with a wide range of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
