MLOps Engineer
Jaide Health
Senior ML / MLOps Engineer A career at Booksy means you're part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting customers in arranging their 'me time' moments, we're in the business of helping people thrive. Working in a fast-moving scale-up where the ML platform is still being built, not inherited, is not for everyone. If you prefer a mature toolchain handed to you on day one, a narrow brief, and limited ownership, this likely isn't your place. But if you want to set the standards, own the path to production, and build something that stays healthy at real scale - you'll feel right at home. As a Senior ML / MLOps Engineer, you'll be a foundational hire in our new Data Science & Applied AI function - working in close partnership with our Data Scientists to take intelligent systems from prototype to production, and keep them performing once they're live. You'll own the productionisation of our machine learning work end to end: real-time serving against SLAs, a standardised CI/CD path to production, GenAI and RAG system deployment, and the monitoring infrastructure that catches drift and quality degradation before business KPIs move. You'll work on a GCP-native stack - Vertex AI, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Terraform - on problems that matter from day one, with the autonomy to shape how the function scales and who joins it next. You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Platform, and Engineering, acting as both a technical owner and an advocate for Data Science needs across the organisation. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need A track record of putting models into production alongside Data Scientists - classic ML, LLM/GenAI, or both Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle from prototype to production, including real-time serving, feature stores, autoscaling, and blue/green deployments Strong Python and SQL skills Hands-on GCP experience, especially Vertex AI, Kubeflow pipelines, and BigQuery - or strong fluency on an equivalent cloud with a clear ability to get to Vertex fast Solid CI/CD and production-monitoring experience, including model registries, versioning, drift detection, and automated retraining At a minimum we require conversational-level English language skills. English is our company language and is used for business-wide communication. It will also help you to have Experience with LLM evaluation, observability tooling, or RAG systems in production Experience defining MLOps standards across multiple teams Exposure to cost and latency management for GenAI systems Benefits This is a fully remote position across the UK, Spain, and Poland. We take pride in being a globally distributed team. Competitive salary plus bonus. Private health cover, life insurance, pension, and enhanced parental leave - with specifics tailored to your location. A generous holiday allowance plus public holidays. Access to a global learning and development programme, wellbeing support, and discounts across partner platforms. How AI Helps Us Find Great People Think of our AI tool as a really smart assistant for our recruitment team. Its job? To help us move faster, stay consistent, and make sure no great candidates are overlooked. Every application goes through the same AI review to help us spot skills that match the role - but don't worry, AI never makes the decisions. Real people do. Our recruiters and hiring managers handle every final call. And we regularly review how the tool is used to keep things fair, ethical, and compliant with data protection laws. Curious about how it works? You can always ask how AI was used in your application - it won't affect your chances in any way. If you have questions, just drop us a note - we're happy to explain more. Our Diversity and Inclusion Commitment We work in a highly creative and diverse industry so it goes without saying that we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration in our hiring process. Ripple
Staff Data Scientist London, UK
Ripple
Please note this is for London, UK. You only need to apply to one location if there are multiple listed for the job. At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. It's big, it's bold, and we're already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to be the technical lead across Ripple's diverse product and business portfolio. You'll define the analytics vision, build the scientific frameworks the org uses to evaluate product and business performance, and use AI tooling to accelerate the speed and reach of analytics across the company. In this role, you'll partner with product and business leads to frame the most important questions, set the analytical bar, and ensure decisions across surfaces rest on a consistent, thorough foundation. You'll operate as a force multiplier-solving the hardest problems, building the frameworks others reuse, and levelling up data scientists across teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO Be the DS tech lead across multiple product and business teams: setting methodological standards and unblocking the hardest analytical problems across areas including Treasury, Markets, Custody, and XRPL. Build the scientific frameworks Ripple reuses at scale: product and network health metrics, causal inference playbooks, liquidity and adoption models, and forecasting approaches that work across institutional and developer surfaces. Pioneer AI-accelerated analytics: applying LLMs and agentic workflows to scale insight generation, automate routine analysis, and enable self-serve exploration for non-DS partners. Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth across customers, corridors, and on chain activity, surfacing the causal drivers behind adoption and volume. Define and communicate the metrics leadership runs on: translating complex results into clear narratives for Ripple executives and external stakeholders. Raise the bar for the DS function through thought leadership and mentorship across embedded teams. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis, with a track record of senior level impact across multiple teams. Technical leadership across cross-functional teams, influencing roadmaps and strategy at both executive and execution levels. Proven experience designing reusable analytics and measurement frameworks that scale across products. Hands on experience applying AI to accelerate analytics workflows (agentic analysis, AI assisted insight generation, natural language data interfaces). Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling in a product environment. Expertise in Python or R, fluency in SQL, and experience with large scale data tech (Databricks, Airflow, dBT a plus). Experience with FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data is a strong plus. Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field preferred. Exceptional communication skills - able to turn technical depth into executive ready narratives.
