Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance and support applications using Java and/or Python Design and implement integrations across core business platforms Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Support application deployments and production releases Work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Collaborate with data engineering and product teams on strategic initiatives Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience with Java and/or Python development Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations Background working within wealth management, investment management, private banking or financial services Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience Highly Desirable Exposure to IRESS Xplan , Xmerge or adviser platforms Experience with Snowflake, Power BI or Alteryx Knowledge of wealth management operating models and advice processes JavaScript development experience CI/CD and DevOps exposure If you're a Java/Python Engineer with wealth management experience looking to make a meaningful impact , this is an opportunity not to be missed If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
