Own the complete execution and launch of complex, cross-functional app features end-to-end, from strategy and inception through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. Lead collaboration with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive mobile experiences, and set the research and user testing agenda to validate direction. Partner with Product Development to define digital features that complement our physical products, shaping firmware requirements and informing hardware/software integration decisions. Write and refine user stories with engineering teams, drive backlog grooming, and own User Acceptance Testing to ensure features deploy to specification. Partner with design, marketing, and engineering teams to generate hypotheses for product enhancements, develop go-to-market launch plans, and measure key results. Champion agile principles and scrum best practices across the full software development lifecycle.
