You'll ideally have: - Commercial experience building AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks. - Strong hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude or similar foundation models. - Experience building AI workflows, agents, copilots or automation solutions. - Experience integrating APIs and SaaS platforms. - Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript or another modern language. - Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n or similar. - Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval techniques and modern AI tooling. - A genuine product mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to production. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. - Experience within e-commerce, retail or another fast-paced digital environment would be advantageous.
