The role covers a broad range of identity types, including user, technical, shared, emergency, and robotic identities. You will play a key role in ensuring that identity and access controls are robust, scalable, and aligned with security requirements. Responsibilities Develop and maintain IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) Implement identity federation, directory services, and identity governance solutions Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and threats Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust principles Automate IAM processes to improve efficiency and security Conduct regular access reviews to ensure appropriate access controls are in place Perform audits to maintain compliance and strengthen identity security controls About the Candidate Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline Hands on experience with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity) would be advantageous Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos would be beneficial Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM) would be advantageous Exposure to IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, authorisation, and secure access practices would be beneficial Strong foundational knowledge of IT and security concepts, with an interest in cybersecurity and identity technologies Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) would be advantageous Reply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
