We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing solutions and customer communications provider which is experiencing significant growth. This truly innovative company is looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager to be based onsite with a key client in Edinburgh. This role will manage all non-print requirements of the account. This includes taking client briefs, quoting for work, answering queries, and generally being the face of the company's digital department. The digital work will include digital assets for web and social, video, and system development. Not only is this the chance to join a company at an exciting period, there is also aptitude to progress within the company. This role would suit an Account Manager looking to expand their experience and become a Senior Account Manager. Key responsibilities To liaise with the onsite customers Challenging the client to move forward to a more digital offering Advise the most efficient and cost effective way to execute a campaign Campaign/project management Work closely with the onsite Creative and Studio team Build relationships within the client and within the company Provide reports and information upon request Manage the workload and priorities using the online workflow system Own the processes and continue to develop best practice Skills required Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with clients at all levels on a daily basis Attention to detail is key Must be able to demonstrate good organisational ability in order to prioritise work Must be able to take a client brief and brief this into the team Possess a good knowledge of the full marketing spectrum including traditional and digital Experience of digital adverts Experience of video At least 2 years' Account Management experience
