Job Title SHEQ Coordinator - Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Role Purpose The SHEQ Coordinator will support the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of SHEQ management systems, digital platforms and business intelligence reporting across the Power Transmission & Distribution business. SharePoint Administration & Development - Develop, manage and continuously improve SharePoint sites, create document libraries, workflows, dashboards and communication pages, establish permissions and governance controls, support migration of legacy documentation, and maintain records management and document retention requirements. Power BI & Data Analytics - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, produce visual performance reports covering safety, environmental, quality, operational assurance and incident trends, build automated reporting solutions, support predictive analytics and trend analysis, and ensure consistency and integrity of business reporting metrics. Training & User Support - Provide first line support to system users, deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and reporting tools, produce user guides and digital learning materials, and promote best practice use of SHEQ systems.
