ICT Specialist to work for one of the largest British companies in the world. Our customer is the key leader in their field and has over 75k staff in the UK. Due to growth and a number of internal promotions our customer is now seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team. The nature of the role will be to maintain a normal service for infrastructure and applications whilst minimizing any issue or faults. The role will include providing an ICT platform to support staff in their operational activities, respond to user incidents, and install hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering infrastructure support technology and services to external clients, network and telephony infrastructure such as LAN & WAN, Cisco, firewalls and IP telephony technologies. Customer service and customer relationship experience would be preferred.
