You combine technical expertise with strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving. You are able to navigate ambiguity, identify risks and work with others to implement practical, scalable solutions that support modern engineering practices. You'll also bring Experience in Test Data Management including data creation, masking, synthesis and refresh strategies Expertise in automating test data solutions and integrating them with delivery pipelines Strong database management and querying skills using tools such as SQL alongside scripting using Python Experience using test data generation and management tools (e.g. GenRocket, Informatica, Delphix or similar solutions) Knowledge of test data tooling and modern approaches including AI driven methods Experience working in test leadership or within complex delivery environments This role is internally known as Quality Engineering Test Data Specialist At NFU Mutual, we support an inclusive workplace and value all the differences that make us unique.
