About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem. Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7 star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit to learn more. The Role Perk is building a modern, AI powered outbound and pipeline generation motion in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. The Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function sits at the centre of this transformation, designing and operating the data infrastructure, Clay based enrichment systems, and AI driven workflows that enable our revenue teams to execute at scale. This is not a traditional RevOps or systems admin role. The Senior GTM Engineer is a hands on builder: someone who constructs sophisticated Clay workflows from scratch, engineers AI powered enrichment pipelines, and translates signal based prospecting strategies into production ready systems. As AI continues to reshape B2B sales, this role is responsible for staying ahead of the curve and identifying where LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation can replace manual effort and improve outbound precision. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Systems, and works closely with the central GTM Engineering team, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership. It offers a direct, visible impact on how Perk builds and scales its commercial engine. What You'll Do Clay Engineering & AI Powered Outbound Infrastructure Own the design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, and AI column logic that power Perk's outbound engine. Engineer multi step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, and conditional branching to automate account and contact sourcing at scale. Build and iterate on AI prompt layers within Clay using LLM columns to generate personalised outreach snippets, research account context, and qualify leads programmatically. Construct and maintain signal based prospecting systems that ingest buying triggers (hiring signals, funding events, intent data) and route them into prioritised Clay tables for Sales activation. Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and data providers (Clearbit, Apollo, LinkedIn, PredictLeads, and others) to maintain clean, enriched, and timely GTM data. AI Workflow Design & Automation Evaluate and implement AI tooling, including LLM based research agents, AI SDRs, and prompt engineered enrichment flows, to scale outbound relevance without scaling headcount. Design and maintain Outreach sequences that incorporate AI generated personalisation, ensuring high volume dialling and email campaigns feel 1:1 at scale. Identify and automate repetitive GTM operations (list building, data hygiene, routing, deduplication) using Clay, Make, and custom API scripts. Maintain a working knowledge of the AI GTM vendor landscape and bring forward well reasoned recommendations on new tooling. Data Quality & Enrichment Architecture Own TAM sourcing and enrichment workflows, building waterfall logic that sequences providers (e.g. Clearbit Fullenrich LinkedIn) to maximise contact coverage and data completeness. This includes engineering matching logic and scoring systems to accurately identify net new accounts against existing CRM data (using identifiers like domain, LinkedIn, and country) before routing them to Sales. Maintain accurate account and contact data across Salesforce and connected GTM tools, with automated hygiene rules to catch decay before it reaches Sales. Define and enforce data quality standards for ICP segmentation, territory assignment, and pipeline attribution. GTM Systems & Sales Productivity Configure and maintain the core GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay) to support high volume outbound activity and ambitious pipeline targets. Partner directly with Sales to diagnose productivity bottlenecks and build systems solutions, from routing logic to sequence architecture to dialler integrations. Rapidly troubleshoot system and workflow failures to minimise lost selling time during core business hours. Cross Functional Collaboration & Roadmap Execution Serve as the primary systems contact for Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering support, owning issue resolution end to end. Execute against the Revenue Systems roadmap in partnership with the Senior Manager and central GTM Engineering team. Share learnings, workflow templates, and Clay builds with the global GTM Engineering team to drive consistency and compound improvement across regions. Provide ground level feedback to inform roadmap prioritisation, surfacing patterns in what's breaking, slowing, or blocking revenue teams. What We're Looking For Must Have 6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong technical orientation. Hands on Clay expertise; you have built complex Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, webhook integrations, and AI column prompts in a production environment, not just experimented with the tool. Direct experience applying AI to GTM workflows: prompt engineering for LLM based enrichment, AI powered personalisation at scale, or building/evaluating AI SDR tooling. Salesforce proficiency: building and maintaining custom objects, flows, reports, and data integrity logic. Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach or SalesLoft) and their integration with CRM and enrichment tooling. Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight automation tools (Make, Zapier, or equivalent) without requiring engineering support for every integration. Strong data instincts: you build systems that keep data clean, catch decay early, and ensure Sales always operates from a high quality foundation. Strong Advantage Experience building signal based outbound systems using intent data, hiring signals, or funding triggers surfaced through Clay or similar infrastructure. Familiarity with data providers in the GTM stack: Clearbit, Apollo, PredictLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, or similar. Exposure to Gong data and using conversation intelligence to inform outbound strategy or sequence design. Experience in a high growth SaaS environment. What We Offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk. Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex. Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva. Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen. Rest assured that you're covered by income protection in case you experience a long term sickness or absence. Leverage tax efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus. Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party. Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones. Focus on your family with weeks' paid parental leave. Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes. Broaden your horizons with up to 20 Work from Anywhere days per year. Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards. Follow your passions and take a four week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years. Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support. AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day to day are AI enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it . click apply for full job details

Senior Growth Systems Engineer
Headfirst-B.v. Hounslow, London
If you take this role, here's what's true 12 months from now Our CDP is live on Databricks and activating audiences to multiple channels. The identity-resolution model you built handles deterministic and probabilistic stitching across our ecosystem and brand portfolio. AI agents draft audiences, briefs, copy variants, and stakeholder reports - and you've measurably raised the quality of their output by owning the human in the loop QA. When a user triggers an event, that signal reaches every activation channel within four hours. The global and talent marketing teams across the regions activate new campaigns by themselves. Direct sourcing audiences are live and we can measure bid to placement uplift by segment. The spike we're hiring for We don't need a generalist. We need a senior operator unusually good at one thing: orchestrating identity, audiences, and activation on a Databricks native data platform - writing the PySpark and SQL that makes it work - while raising the bar on an AI agent layer that drafts work for you. Why this role exists HeadFirst Group is building a new function from scratch, inside the Product organisation. The objective is to leverage our data fast, to enable product led growth across our marketplaces and brand portfolio, starting with direct sourcing / direct fulfilment activation, global campaigns by job category, and personalisation at scale. This is not a marketing campaign role. The global marketing team and the talent marketing teams across the regions own content, channels, and campaign execution. You provide the data foundation, activation tooling, and experimentation capabilities that let those teams scale performance consistently. You are the first hire into the team. Your manager runs strategy, architecture, vendor selection, stakeholder politics, and the agent roadmap. You own the activation layer - config, identity, events, and the day to day quality of what ships out of the agents. How your time splits CDP configuration and audience design - 50%. Identity resolution and event taxonomy - 25%. Event tracking across our platforms - 15%. Agent QA and prompt iteration - 10%. The agents you'll work with By the time you start, three agents are already live in production. Five more come online in your first six months. They draft audiences, briefs, copy variants, segmentation logic, prioritisation calls, and stakeholder reports - the kind of work that used to consume a team. Your job is the 20% of judgement those agents can't do: identity calls, consent decisions, and the call on whether an agent's output is good enough to ship. You are the human in the loop on every QA cycle. If you read "AI agents draft your work" and feel relief, this isn't your role. What "good" looks like to us We hold ourselves to the bar of teams that have publicly figured out warehouse native MarTech: composable stacks, the GTM engineering shift, operations as orchestration. We notice when a marketing engagement tool list quietly drifts away from the rules we defined for it. We argue about identity stitching. We think a Job Description should be a stake in the ground, not a checklist. What you bring/What you can show us A reverse ETL flow you shipped to production. Not training; production. A dbt model you wrote and got merged into production. Not a course you took - code that shipped. A PySpark job you shipped to Databricks production - pipeline code, not a notebook demo. An identity resolution decision you made - deterministic vs probabilistic, with the trade off you accepted and what broke later. One example of correcting AI drafted output that would have shipped wrong, with what your judgement caught. The stack you'll work in Data platform: Databricks CDP / activation: Hightouch / GrowthLoop ESP: HubSpot for B2B, Braze / Iterable under evaluation for Business to Talent. CMS: Sanity headless. What we offer €6,500-€8,500 gross monthly base salary (Schaal 7), senior profile, plus performance bonus. Job Family: Product. Full time contract - one year fixed term first, with the intent to convert to a permanent contract. 27 vacation days with the option to buy more. 8.33% holiday allowance and premium free pension. Hybrid working with flexible hours and home office allowance. Modern office in Hoofddorp. Access to HeadFirst Academy and internal learning programs. AI tooling funded by default - Claude, Cursor, whatever you need. Vendor budget already committed - you build, you don't sell internally. How you operate You read SQL fluently and write the JOIN that debugs an audience definition without asking. You write Python and PySpark on Databricks as core craft - transforming bronze to gold, building identity logic, productionising notebooks. Not a plus. A requirement. You talk in audiences, traits, and events. Not lists, properties, and campaigns. You can sketch a server side consent flow on a whiteboard at high level, without notes. You're comfortable being the sole owner of tools nobody else in the company yet understands. You say no to one off regional requests that don't fit the audience model - and you can make that no, land politely. Helps but not required Reverse ETL plus warehouse native CDP combination in production. Multi brand or multi market activation experience. Headless CMS experience in production. Experience working alongside AI agents in production - not just prompting Claude. Dutch - most of the team operates in Dutch. Nice to have, not a requirement. Not what we're looking for A HubSpot or Marketo admin who wants to expand into MarTech. The mental model doesn't transfer. A "marketing automation specialist" whose deepest tool is a marketing cloud UI. Someone who treats AI agents as competition, or as a magic 10 button. Both lead to the same bad outcome. A vendor demo enthusiast - the major architecture decisions are already made. A campaign manager - that's a different role. Anyone who needs a 12 vendor RFI before they can make a call. Anyone who needs to be told what good looks like.

You're comfortable working across Linux, Kubernetes, cloud native tooling, automation, observability, CI/CD and infrastructure as code. You understand that reliability, security and operational maturity are critical to how modern platforms support engineering teams and customer facing services. You enjoy treating infrastructure as a product, automating repeatable work, improving resilience, and building platforms that other engineers can rely on. You're calm under pressure, methodical during incidents, and able to turn operational challenges into long term improvements. You may have worked in a regulated, secure, government, defence, financial services, telecoms, managed services or cloud native environment, but most importantly you have operated Kubernetes at depth and understand the realities of production ownership. You're a senior individual contributor who can mentor others, influence engineering practice, and provide technical authority without needing formal line management responsibility. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help operate, harden and mature our production OKD / Kubernetes platforms. This is a hands on engineering role focused on reliability, automation, observability, GitOps, CI/CD and secure platform operations. You'll work across the full stack, from bare metal and virtualisation through to Kubernetes control plane operations, ingress, identity, monitoring, developer platform tooling and application delivery. The role will play a key part in improving the operational maturity of our platform estate, supporting the migration from VMware to KVM, strengthening GitOps and CI/CD practices, and helping ensure our platforms remain secure, scalable and aligned to the needs of regulated customer environments. You'll work closely with platform, application, AI, networking, security, QA and architecture teams to build reliable foundations that enable other engineering teams to deliver safely and at pace. This is not a ticket handling role. It is a senior engineering position where you'll be expected to own problems, drive improvements, and help shape how TIG operates critical cloud native infrastructure. About the Team You'll be joining our Cloud team, working closely with Platform Engineering and wider engineering teams responsible for the foundational platforms on which TIG's services run. This is a great opportunity to join a small, senior technical environment where you can have direct ownership, meaningful influence, and visibility across modern platform engineering, Kubernetes, automation, observability, security and cloud native delivery. Key Responsibilities Operate, harden and extend production OpenShift / OKD / Kubernetes clusters across on premises and hybrid environments. Support the migration from VMware to KVM, helping modernise the underlying compute and storage layer. Own and improve CI/CD processes across the full lifecycle of platform and application components. Work with platform and application engineers to support cloud native delivery using tools such as Helm and Kustomize. Develop and mature GitOps deployment practices using tools such as Argo CD or Flux. Maintain and improve core platform services including identity, ingress, observability, certificate management, service mesh and container registry capabilities. Build and operate observability across logs, metrics, traces, alerting, SLOs and error budgets. Improve platform hardening in line with secure and regulated environment requirements, including network policy, SELinux, image provenance, secret management and audit. Automate repeatable operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Go, Python or equivalent technologies. Lead incident response activity, support blameless post mortems and drive systemic fixes. Partner with networking and security teams on platform integration, segmentation, load balancing and accreditation evidence. Create and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, design notes and operational guidance. Mentor other engineers and act as a senior technical authority across cloud and Kubernetes operations. Participate in an on call rota, with appropriate compensation. Success in This Role Looks Like A more reliable, secure and measurable production Kubernetes estate. Improved platform observability, with meaningful alerting, SLOs and trend data that engineering teams actively use. Progress against the VMware to KVM migration, with a clear and automated path for the underlying infrastructure layer. A mature GitOps approach covering platform and application components, including rollback, drift detection and operational control. Improved CI/CD practices that help teams move at pace while considering security, QA and compliance earlier in the lifecycle. Well documented, supportable and scalable platform services. Stronger incident response, clearer runbooks and post mortems that lead to real operational improvements. Recognition as a technical authority for Kubernetes, cloud and platform operations across the organisation. What We're Looking For We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience operating production Kubernetes environments. This role is well suited to someone who combines deep technical capability with strong operational discipline. GTM Engineer
Xelix
About us At Xelix, we work with some of the world's largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate - moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows. Xelix is a fast paced scale up - things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively, whilst remaining profitable. We have over 100 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun & we love to celebrate a milestone together. In this role you'll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you're excited about building something special with us, we'd love to hear from you. About the role We're hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and build the systems that power our commercial organisation. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thinks in systems and data. You build for scale and treat manual work as a problem to be solved, not a task to be done. You'll own the design and implementation of GTM infrastructure across our commercial stack: HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, our enrichment tools, and the AI tooling we're increasingly weaving into how we sell. You'll partner with the Sales leaders, Head of Revenue Operations to set technical direction, and work alongside our RevOps Analyst and Sales Enablement Manager to deliver outcomes. The brief is straightforward: anything that is consuming significant time by our commercial teams (SDR, AE and Account Management) should be automated if possible. Anything that requires judgement should be augmented with the best tooling available. Sales should spend their time selling. This role exists because we want to build operating leverage and give our commercial team superpowers through automation and AI. If you've been waiting for a role where the mandate is "build it properly," this is it. What you'll be doing Build commercial infrastructure that scales. Design and implement workflows in HubSpot and across our wider stack that handle routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, and handoffs without manual intervention. Replace bespoke one off work with templated, repeatable systems. Level up the solution architecture capabilities across the team. Own the enrichment and data quality layer. Take ownership of our enrichment stack (currently ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and with planned additions potentially including other tools such as Clay or CommonRoom). Build pipelines that produce clean, accurate, fit scored data. Set the standard for what good data looks like at Xelix. Automate reporting. Templatise it and build dashboards and models that require minimal manual updating. Build AI augmented workflows. Our investors and leadership are bullish on AI, and so are we. You'll prototype and deploy AI agents and LLM powered tooling for tasks like lead qualification, account research, RFP response, call analysis, and content generation. You'll have latitude to experiment, but production deployments need to be reliable, secure, and measurably better than what they replace. Level up our technical capabilities. Work with other members of the team to level up their technical sophistication and help them design and deploy effective processes. What you'll bring You probably won't have done all of these, but you should have done most: Hands on AI/LLM experience. You've built or deployed AI agents, used LLM APIs in production workflows, or integrated AI tooling into commercial processes. This might include Claude, MCP tools, or an agent building tool. You're discerning about how to use LLMs, and understand where LLMs add value and where they don't. Data enrichment expertise. You've worked with enrichment platforms, understand match logic and deduplication, and have opinions about what good data quality looks like. You've cleaned up other people's messes before. A builder's mindset. When you see manual work, you immediately think about how to automate it. You'd rather spend two days building something repeatable than two hours doing it manually. Good commercial instincts. You understand B2B SaaS sales motions, how SDRs and AEs actually work, and what makes commercial teams effective. You're not building in isolation, but to make the business better. Senior IC operating style. You can scope work, prioritise, push back when needed, and ship without close oversight. You're comfortable being the technical SME on a small team. Technical depth (at least one of these): A track record of building commercial systems at scale. You've architected workflows in HubSpot (ideally), or Salesforce that go beyond standard configuration: custom objects, complex routing, lifecycle automation, integrations with multiple tools. We'll want to see specific examples. Or, fluency with low code automation platforms. You've built things in tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. You know which to reach for and when. If you've stood up Clay specifically, that's a strong signal. Or, significant data wrangling skills. The ability to write SQL or Python is a plus. You can build complex models in spreadsheets at a high level of proficiency. What we offer in return Competitive salary depending on experience. 27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing), with the option to roll over 3 days. Hybrid working with three days a week from our dog friendly Hoxton office and on site gym. Comprehensive private medical & dental cover with Vitality. Enhanced parental leave pay. Learning & development culture - £1,000 personal annual budget. We're carbon neutral and are working towards ambitious carbon reduction goals. Lots of team socials & activities. Annual team retreat. We believe that people from diverse backgrounds, with different identities and experiences make our company and product better. No matter your background, we'd love to hear from you! And if you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you - we're happy to accommodate! This is a full time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are not currently planning on expanding our list of recruiting agencies. Neither the Talent team nor hiring managers or the Support team will respond to cold outreach.

Systems Architect
ElevenLabs
About the role We're looking for a RevOps Systems Analyst to help build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works. You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one. You'll own platform administration, build complex automations via Flows and Apex, and develop and maintain custom services and integrations, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that connect our CRM to the broader systems our team runs on. For larger engineering efforts, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team, scoping and shipping together. Responsibilities Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health. Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end. Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows. Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org. Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution. Requirements Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration. Strong Apex development skills: you can build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations without leaning on a separate engineering team. SQL proficiency: you can decompose ambiguous questions into answerable queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic. Systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end process in your head, trace a field from its origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes. Excited by modern tooling: you're drawn to building AI-native systems and are curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. Bonus Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling. Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker. Benefits Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working: If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. Location This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
