Senior Full Stack Engineer: Improbable
Improbable Worlds Limited
Improbable is a Venture Builder. We are working with leaders to create businesses in AI transformation, the metaverse and web3. We both create businesses from scratch and invest in existing businesses. Our central services teams work with ventures to help them achieve success; including early stage prototyping and initial product development where this role sits. At Improbable, you are surrounded by people who want to improve everything and everyone around them, and who compel you to improve yourself. We're motivated by the fulfilment of solving hard problems to achieve something profound and transformative. Your Mission As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Improbable, you will work with Ventures to help them get to market faster. You will work with their leadership team to design, prototype and launch initial versions of their product. This is a hands on, strategic role where you will collaborate with executives, working all the way from identifying customer problems. About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build across the breadth of what Somnia ships, from consumer facing products to developer technologies to internal platform and tooling. One month that's a polished end user app, the next it's an SDK, a CLI, or the internal systems the rest of the team builds on. This is a role for someone who cares as much about the product as the code. You'll own the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to deployment. You use AI tools as a multiplier and like shipping end to end. What you'll be doing Design and build production grade products end to end-back end through UI-across consumer apps, developer facing technologies and internal platform tooling. Build the high performance back ends and services these products depend on. Create developer technologies-SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries and starter kits-that make the platform easy to build on. Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure that raises the velocity of the whole team. Work self directed: watch the ecosystem and the team's needs, spot gaps and propose and build what moves things forward. Work with DevRel, Marketing and BD so what you build lands with users and developers and fits go to market. What we're looking for Strong TypeScript across the full stack-this is the core of the role and our app stack. Some Golang where it fits. Build high quality, production ready frontends. Strong back end engineering-APIs, services and the data layer behind them. Genuine interest in crypto and on chain products. Strong ownership and self direction-you generate ideas, not just execute them. Able to turn the dial: prototype fast and loose to prove a feature out, then shift into steady state mode to harden what's worth keeping-tests, edge cases, reliability.

We influence revenue growth across our Spend and issuing portfolio and collaborate with sales, strategy, product, and engineering teams to provide the best experience for our most valued customers. Our team works alongside commercial teams throughout the pre sales, solution design, and integration stages, then owns the orchestration from contract signature through go live and early adoption. We are committed to empowering businesses with the tools they need to run high performing, compliant, and scalable spend programmes across EMEA. What you'll do As a Solutions Engineer in our Spend Team, you will own the end to end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations that bring our global spend management products to life for enterprise and high growth customers across EMEA. Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling that make it easier for the wider team to support integration heavy use cases at scale.
