Content & Communications Strategist
Physicsx
PhysicsX is a deep tech company with roots in numerical physics and Formula One, dedicated to accelerating hardware innovation at the speed of software. We are building an AI driven simulation software stack for engineering and manufacturing across advanced industries. By enabling high fidelity, multi physics simulation through AI inference across the entire engineering lifecycle, PhysicsX unlocks new levels of optimization and automation in design, manufacturing, and operations - empowering engineers to push the boundaries of possibility. Our customers include leading innovators in Aerospace & Defense, Materials, Energy, Semiconductors, and Automotive. The Opportunity We're looking for a Content & Communications Strategist to join our Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the public voice of a fast scaling, deeply technical company operating at the frontier of engineering and AI. In this role, you'll translate complex, high value work into clear, compelling narratives across every channel where PX shows up - the website, social platforms, events, executive stages, partner channels, and internally. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product leaders, partner teams, leadership, and designers to turn our work into stories that build credibility, attract talent, and deepen customer engagement and confidence. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, creative execution, and strategic alignment. You will operate as a core part of PX's comms engine, helping build a scalable content operation and raising the creative bar across everything we publish. We operate in a fast moving, high stakes environment where priorities can shift quickly and the path isn't always linear. As we grow the team, you'll be one of the core operators driving content delivery - which means real ownership, real impact, and real learning. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and like stretching beyond your comfort zone, you'll feel at home at PX. What You'll Do Partner with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and maintain a unified editorial calendar across blog, website, social, events, and PR moments. Write and edit high quality content - blog posts, web pages, one pagers, long form thought leadership, scripts, and event materials - that reflects PX's tone of voice and raises the signal across all channels. Support the development of messaging and materials for executive and technical speaking engagements. Lead PX's voice on LinkedIn and Instagram, sourcing content, shaping narratives, and publishing a consistent drumbeat of high signal updates, helping amplify key moments across product, platform, partnerships, and talent. Ensure stylistic consistency and creative excellence across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on the creation of video content - storyboarding, scripting, production, and review. Support internal communications and employer brand storytelling ( announcements, people related updates, talent events, and recruiting content). Partner with Talent to support employer brand storytelling, creating compelling content that attracts world class engineers and researchers. Work with partner organizations to produce and amplify joint content, case studies, and announcements. Uphold and evolve PX's tone of voice and editorial standards across all communications. Track performance through comprehensive dashboards, gather qualitative and quantitative insights, and continuously refine what great looks like. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Develop a PX specific content strategy grounded in our positioning, technical domain, and target audiences, with clear priorities, themes, and a structured editorial plan. Publish 4 6 high quality blog posts that meet PX editorial standards (clear thesis, strong narrative, technically grounded, visually supported), supported by short form video content for social amplification. Own and maintain a clean, reliable editorial calendar used by the wider team. Deliver event and executive materials end to end (slides, talking points, social), ensuring they're on brand and engaging. Build strong working relationships with engineers and technical stakeholders, proactively sourcing stories and insights. Demonstrate clear understanding of PX's positioning, customers, competitors, and technical domain. About You 5 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or editorial roles (agency or in house), ideally within B2B tech, AI, engineering, or deep tech environments. Exceptional writer and editor with the ability to distill technical concepts into accessible, incisive stories. Strong narrative and tone of voice instincts - you know what makes a story compelling and how to adapt it for different audiences and formats, while staying true to the company/stakeholder tone of voice. Comfortable working cross functionally with engineers, designers, technical leaders, and commercial teams. High agency, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity; you can drive projects forward with minimal oversight. Strong judgment and discretion, able to handle sensitive information and high stakes content. You operate with high ownership and motivation - you don't wait to be told what to do. You don't compromise on quality or level of attention to detail, regardless of the format you're working with. You are comfortable working at pace and flexing when needed. You are excited to engage deeply with technical material, not just simplify it. You can develop PX specific content strategy grounded in our technical domain, customers, and positioning - not templated frameworks. You demonstrate editorial judgment: identifying what's new, what's redundant, and what's worth saying. Bonus Points Experience supporting executives with talks, presentations, and event materials. Familiarity with visual design workflows (Figma, Adobe Suite) or working closely with design teams/agencies. Experience working with or around video production. This role is the right fit if You do your best work when you have ownership and room to shape things, rather than waiting for a fully formed brief. You're genuinely comfortable - maybe even energized - by complex technical subject matter, and you know how to get up to speed fast. You use AI as a tool to streamline projects and sharpen your thinking, not as a substitute for it. You're flexible about how and when you work, and you take deadlines seriously. You hold yourself to a high standard and actively look for ways to raise the bar on your own output. What We Offer Build what actually matters Help shape an AI native engineering company at a formative stage, tackling problems that genuinely matter for industry and society. This is work with real world impact - and something you can be proud to stand behind. Learn alongside exceptional people Work with a high caliber, collaborative team of engineers, scientists, and operators who care deeply about doing great work, and about helping each other get better. We come from diverse backgrounds, but we share a commitment to operating at the highest level and addressing some of the most complex challenges out there. If you're ambitious, thoughtful, and driven by impact, you'll feel at home. Influence over hierarchy We operate with a flat structure: good ideas win wherever they come from. Questioning assumptions and challenging the status quo isn't just welcomed, it's expected. And it doesn't stop there Building meaningful technology is a marathon, not a sprint. We believe in balancing focused, ambitious work with a life beyond it. Our hybrid model blends time together in our Shoreditch office with work from home days, giving you the flexibility to work sustainably while staying connected in person. Benefits Equity options - share meaningfully in the company you're helping to build. 10% employer pension contribution - because investing in future matters. Free office lunches - to keep you energized and focused. Enhanced parental leave - 3 months full pay paternity and 6 months full pay maternity leave, to provide extra flexibility during the moments that matter most. YellowNest nursery scheme - to help working parents manage childcare costs. 25 days of annual leave (+ public holidays) - because taking time to rest matters. Private medical insurance - 100% employee cover, giving you complete peace of mind. Wellhub subscription - gain access to thousands of gyms, classes and wellness apps, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Eye tests - because good work depends on good health. Personal development - dedicated support for learning, development, and leveling up over time. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - confidential wellbeing support, available whenever you need it. Bike to Work scheme and season ticket loan - to make getting to work easier and greener. Octopus EV salary sacrifice - for a simpler, more sustainable way to drive electric. Software Engineer (App Delivery)
Notion Capital
We live in a world that runs on physical industries like energy, logistics, manufacturing. These sectors are essential to our economy and daily lives, yet they are held back by inefficiencies, fragile legacy systems, and decades-old ways of working. This is not just a business problem; it is a societal one. When grids fail, supply chains stall, or factories falter, entire economies are disrupted. These companies face unique, complex challenges that typical software was never designed to solve. Cogna was founded to change this. Our mission is to give critical industries their own AI-powered Software Factory: a way to build and deploy bespoke digital tools that solve pressing operational challenges. Since our launch in May 2023, we've seen incredible customer traction and revenue growth. We're backed by leading VCs, including Notion Capital and Hoxton Ventures, and we're building a world-class team to take on one of the most important challenges of our time. Tackling challenges at this scale takes people who are curious, adaptable, and motivated by impact. If our mission resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. We are committed to building a diverse team that reflects the industries and societies we serve. Overview You will guide the implementation and delivery of backend services, integrations, and workflow logic that power our SaaS applications. Rather than reinventing the wheel, you will leverage our existing AI-Software Factory platform to build robust, scalable tools for our customers. We are pioneering a new way of working: you will use advanced AI workflows to accelerate routine development, allowing you to focus on high-value problem-solving, validating automated outputs, and solving complex integration challenges. What you'll do Build and own core backend features, APIs, and critical integrations across our Python and TypeScript stack (including data pipelines, services, background jobs, and SQL). Design and implement complex data pipelines and workflows using tools like Dagster and Temporal. Validate and harden accelerated workflows, ensuring generated code meets production standards. Implement resilient connectors for APIs, file systems, and enterprise platforms. Integrate new and existing capabilities into reliable, monitored production systems. Promote the use of AI-assisted tools to plan, scaffold, and refactor code efficiently. Collaborate with Solution Strategists and Platform teams to ship value to customers faster. What we're looking for We don't expect everyone to have deep expertise in all these areas. We look for strength in backend engineering and a curiosity to learn the rest. Strong backend/API engineering experience in one or more modern languages, with the ability to work comfortably across Python and TypeScript; SQL and data modelling skills. Familiarity with (or strong interest in) agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor/Codex/Claude Code) to plan, scaffold, refactor, and test. Proven experience integrating with APIs is required. Experience integrating with systems like SFTP, SharePoint, or webhooks is a plus. Workflow orchestration and data engineering experience (e.g. Temporal, Dagster) know-how. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP). Interest in AI and helping grow team AI skills. Experience with or willingness to learn Modern front-end development What we offer Competitive salary and share option plan 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays Excellent pension scheme, fixed at 7.5% Private healthcare, including family cover and pre-existing conditions Flexible hybrid working with 2 days per fortnight in our Farringdon office Regular social events and offsites Access to a gym and fitness classes in our office building

Growth Engineer
Customuse
Location: London, in-office Type: Full-time Level: Early-career to mid-level About Customuse Customuse is an AI creative engine for image, video, and 3D, used by millions of creators to make and publish high-quality digital content faster. We are backed by Connect Ventures, Adjacent, and angels/operators from companies including Snap, Stripe, and SpaceX, with investor networks behind companies such as Revolut and RevenueCat. About The Role We are hiring a Growth Engineer to build AI-powered systems for social growth, creator operations, ambassador campaigns, and content testing. This is not a traditional growth marketing role. You will use AI tools, automation, performance data, and internet-native content instincts to scale how we find winning formats, manage clippers and ambassadors, generate content ideas, and double down on what works. The ideal person is part growth operator, part automation builder, part content strategist. You should be excited by AI workflows, short-form video, creator networks, fast experimentation, and building repeatable systems that turn messy creative work into a scalable growth engine. What You Will Do Build AI-assisted workflows for briefing, managing, reviewing, and scaling clippers, creators, and ambassadors. Generate and test content ideas, hooks, scripts, clip formats, and AI-made creative variations. Analyze performance across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels. Identify the formats, creators, hooks, and edits that are showing breakout potential. Turn winning patterns into briefs, templates, playbooks, dashboards, and repeatable operating systems. Help grow ambassador, affiliate, and creator campaigns with clear incentives and feedback loops. Use spreadsheets, automation tools, AI agents, and lightweight internal tools to manage high-volume workflows. Work with growth, product, creative, and video teams to connect content performance back to product and audience insights. Who You Are You are highly fluent with AI tools and use them practically to move faster. You understand internet-native content: hooks, pacing, retention, packaging, formats, and why people share. You are analytical enough to look at performance data and make clear decisions about what to test next. You are operationally sharp and can manage lots of creators, clips, briefs, files, deadlines, and feedback loops. You are comfortable building scrappy systems with spreadsheets, no-code tools, scripts, automations, or internal tools. You enjoy high-volume experimentation and are not precious about testing rough ideas quickly. You are excited by creator tools, AI media, social distribution, startups, and growth systems. Bonus Points Strong CapCut proficiency. Experience managing clippers, creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or freelance editors. Experience with AI video, image, voice, avatar, agent, or automation tools. Experience with analytics, dashboards, SQL, Python, JavaScript, or no-code automation tools. Experience making or editing short-form content yourself. Experience growing creator tools, consumer apps, gaming communities, or social products. What Good Looks Like You can spot a promising content format before it is obvious. You can turn performance data into practical next tests. You can use AI to increase output without lowering taste or quality. You can manage a high-volume clipper or ambassador system without losing control of speed, feedback, or standards. You can build simple systems that make creative growth work more repeatable.
