Software Developer C#, VB. ASP.Net, SQL Permanent, £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E West Yorkshire Code Red Associates (CRA) is a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & growing organisations throughout the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Software Developer with knowledge of C#, VB (within a .Net framework), ASP.Net, & SQL Server for an evolving social enterprise that is undertaking some very exciting, cutting edge & ambitious development projects in West Yorkshire. The purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to design and develop, implement and support internal commercial applications for the organisation. Your day-to-day activities will include the development of quality & robust software to specification using a range of existing and new technologies; providing development support; supporting development related service desk calls; helping to research and implement client, mobile and web based information systems; the provision of management information; and working to tight timescales and deadlines. Essential Experience •Previous commercial experience in a Software & Web Application Development capacity •Visual Studio / .Net Framework •C#. VB & ASP.Net development expertise •Sharepoint •SQL Server •IIS Server Desirable Experience •Team Foundation Server (TFS) •HTML / xHTML / CSS •XML •Java •Ajax •LAMP Development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) in a Cake environment •Content Management Systems (CMS) experience such as Drupal or Wordpress •Reports Development (Using one of SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, etc.) As an individual, you will be an excellent communicator that is results focussed, have high standards with a focus on providing an excellent customer service.
