C# ASP.Net Team Lead required by the leading Cloud first and Agile Consultancy in London. C#, RESTful services, WebAPI, SOLID, Agile, Scrum Following significant ongoing investment into a C# ASP.Net cloud first innovation, 2 new Scrum development teams are being created to support a range of greenfield C# ASP.Net developments projects for one of their leading clients based in central. Working in a highly collaborative environment, the C# ASP.Net Team Lead will take the lead on design and development approaches using SOLID, TDD and Agile principles to ensure the architecture and code is incredibly well designed, clean and easily maintainable. C# ASP.Net Team Leads will also be expected to be willing contributors the the development efforts and code using the latest C# technologies and frameworks in a TDD approach following 2 weekly sprints. The culture is very much about empowerment and continuous improvement, so the opportunity to try news ways of working and continually improve development and deployment are all part of their Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, so it is expected you will be a willing contributor. You'll have previously lead the design, build and deployment of at least one Enterprise level or Business critical solution within an advanced Engineering environment using the latest Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.Net, MVC, RESTful, WebAPI and Agile concepts including Paired Programming, TDD and BDD. All our projects are Agile-based with automated deployment and continuous integration. To thrive in them you'll need to have undertaken your own Unit testing and have a firm understanding of distributed source control and modern deployment techniques. You will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of how HTTP(S) and related protocols work.
