The role spans planning, design, mobilisation, construction and handover. The Delivery Manager ensures site-level activities are delivered safely, on time and to scope, with a rigorous focus on deadlines and delivery discipline. They maintain accurate RAID logs, escalate risks promptly and provide clear reporting to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.The Delivery Manager is accountable for contractor oversight, site access and approvals, programme tracking, commercial awareness and compliance with health and safety requirements including CDM, or equivalent safety regulations.
