London, UK At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online. Our unique data and solutions empower over 6,000 customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game changing decisions that drive their digital strategies. In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights. Work alongside Similarwebbers from around the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and genuinely good people. About the Role Search is changing fast. AI powered answers, generative results, and new ad formats are reshaping how people find information and how brands compete for attention. Similarweb sits at the center of that shift, giving marketers the intelligence they need to stay ahead. Why This Role, Why Now The search and paid media landscape is going through its biggest shift in years: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) are creating entirely new strategies for organic and paid visibility that most clients are still figuring out. Paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels are increasingly interconnected, and marketers need unified intelligence to allocate budgets effectively. AI tools are changing how campaigns are built, optimised, and reported on, and the practitioners who know how to work with them are already pulling ahead. Our clients need someone who can speak their language, understand their challenges, and show them how Similarweb solves problems they deal with every day. What You'll Do Your core focus is being the subject matter expert that clients and internal teams turn to when they need a real practitioner's perspective on search and paid media. Client & Revenue Impact Partner with sales and account management to support deal cycles, RFPs, and renewal conversations, bringing hands on practitioner credibility to every client interaction. Run discovery sessions to understand clients' channel mix, budget allocation, and competitive challenges across SEO, AEO/GEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate. Build tailored use case demos and data stories that speak directly to performance marketers, media planners, and agency strategists. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by surfacing unmet needs across the client's full marketing stack. Guide clients on organic search strategy, including AEO and GEO, helping them understand how AI generated results, featured snippets, and answer boxes are affecting their visibility and what to do about it. Help clients optimised for new search paradigms: LLM referenced content, structured data, entity optimisation, and topic aligned content strategies. Apply keyword research, content gap analysis, technical SEO insights, and competitor benchmarking using Similarweb's suite alongside other tools. Monitor how SERP landscapes evolve, track shifts in organic click through rates driven by AI overviews, and translate those findings into actionable client recommendations. Advise clients on competitive paid media strategy across Paid Search (SEM/PPC), Paid Social, Programmatic Display, AEO advertising, and Affiliate channels using Similarweb data. Help clients benchmark ad spend, identify competitor keyword bidding patterns, analyse share of voice, and uncover channel gaps across the competitive landscape. Connect organic and paid search insights to help clients make smarter cross channel budget decisions and reduce wasted spend. Support client and internal teams in suggesting or building client facing reports and competitive audits powered by Similarweb data. Actively use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, prompt engineering) to build workflows and agents that increase your output and the quality of deliverables. Prototype custom analyses and solutions by combining Similarweb data with AI tools, giving clients a preview of what is possible beyond the standard product. Stay current on how AI is changing search, advertising, and marketing analytics, and bring that knowledge into client conversations proactively. Evaluate the competitive landscape, emerging tools, and industry trends, sharing structured feedback with product and data teams. Such feedback should be curated and made applicable to various core industries we service. Facilitate client feedback sessions and user research to inform the product roadmap for Search and Ads Intelligence. Monitor and report on product KPIs, adoption trends, and solution health across the book of business. What We're Looking For Must Haves 6+ years of hands on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in both SEO and paid media, ideally at a performance marketing agency managing multiple accounts. Solid understanding of AEO and GEO: what it means to optimise for AI generated answers, how LLMs surface content, and what marketers need to do differently now. Comfortable building with AI. You use AI tools regularly to do your work faster and better, and you can clearly explain how you do it. Strong analytical mindset, you dig into data, spot the story, and communicate it in a way that drives decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in front of clients, execs, and internal teams alike. Head of AI Platform & Applied Intelligence
Infinity Reigate, Surrey
Salary: Dependent on Experience Location: Flexible: Reigate or Manchester area Job type: Full time Working Pattern: 2 days per week onsite 4.5 day working week (Half day Fridays) About Infinity We are building the next generation of call intelligence and AI-driven insight platforms. Over the next three years, our focus is on evolving from a strong analytics foundation into an outcome-driven, API-first platform that embeds intelligence directly into customer workflows. This is an opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage. You'll help shape both how we build and what we build, working on systems that process high-volume, high-value data and increasingly leverage AI and automation to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. We value pragmatic engineering, clear thinking, and continuous learning. Our teams are small, autonomous, and outcome-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, ownership, and collaboration. We are entering our next growth phase - investing in AI-powered platform scalability, operational excellence and maturity, and cost-efficient growth to support our long-term strategy and enterprise ambitions. The Role AI Platform Architecture & Engineering Own the design, build, and evolution of Infinity's AI platform - the infrastructure layer that underpins AI-driven product capability and AI-assisted engineering delivery Define and govern the model pipeline architecture: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring at production scale Establish model abstraction and vendor flexibility across the stack - ensuring Infinity can move between cloud-managed services (AWS Bedrock, Agent Core) and open source or locally-hosted alternatives without brittle dependency on any single provider Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tooling, frameworks, and services - making principled, cost conscious decisions grounded in practical experience rather than vendor positioning Establish AI telemetry and runtime observability - latency, cost, accuracy drift, and performance monitoring - so the platform is instrumented from the outset Applied Intelligence - Product & Delivery Drive the applied use of AI across Infinity's product surface: agent driven features, NLP capabilities, conversational intelligence, and AI powered activation workflows Work closely with engineering squads and the Head of Engineering to embed AI into the delivery process itself - agentic coding practices, AI-assisted code review, automated testing and evaluation - accelerating the compound engineering model Define the standards and patterns for how AI behaviours are built, tested, and shipped - establishing guardrails, evaluation checkpoints, and governance that make AI product development reliable and auditable Translate product ambition into AI architecture decisions - ensuring Smart Voice, Smart Outcomes Pro, and future activation capabilities are built on a platform that can sustain and scale them Model Governance, Evaluation & Explainability Establish formal model governance at Infinity - validation frameworks, explainability standards, bias and safety evaluation, and documentation practices that meet the expectations of enterprise customers and compliance requirements Own the evaluation pipeline for AI features: defining what good looks like, building the tooling to measure it, and ensuring teams can iterate on AI behaviours with confidence Partner with Security, Compliance & Assurance on AI governance obligations, including emerging requirements under ISO 27001/42001, NIS2, and future SOC 2 scope - ensuring AI platform practices meet and anticipate regulatory expectations Make model selection and build vs buy decisions based on evidence: performance benchmarks, cost to serve, explainability requirements, and long term maintainability Team Building & Capability Development Assess the current AI capability honestly and define the team needed to deliver Infinity's AI ambitions - identifying where to hire, where to develop existing talent, and how to sequence investment for maximum impact Lead, develop, and retain the existing team - the Data Scientist and Data Engineers - providing the technical leadership, clarity of direction, and growth environment they currently lack Partner with the People Team Engineering Business Partner and the Head of Engineering on role definitions, career frameworks, and the introduction of new AI engineering roles as the function matures Raise AI literacy and practice across the broader P&E organisation - equipping engineering squads to work with AI platform capability confidently and effectively Cross Functional Partnership & AI Enablement Work closely with P&E peers - particularly the Head of Engineering - to ensure AI platform capability and engineering architecture develop in alignment, not in parallel Partner with Product to ensure AI features are technically feasible, appropriately governed, and built on platform foundations that can support them at scale Engage with the CTO and exec team on AI strategy, platform investment decisions, and the roadmap for AI capability growth at Infinity Represent Infinity's AI platform credibly in enterprise customer and partner conversations - particularly where AI capability, data handling, and compliance posture are evaluated as part of procurement About You Essential Solid working knowledge of ISO 27001 - ideally including hands on experience maintaining an ISMS, preparing for certification audits, and managing the continual improvement cycle Practical understanding of PCI DSS and GDPR as they apply in a B2B SaaS context - not just conceptual familiarity but experience translating obligations into controls and evidence A detail oriented, ownership driven approach - this role requires someone who takes personal responsibility for accuracy, completeness, and follow through, without needing to be managed into it Strong written communication skills - the ability to produce clear, well structured policies, reports, and InfoSec responses that serve different audiences effectively The organisational capability to maintain multiple workstreams simultaneously - audit cycles, client requests, remediation tracking, policy maintenance - without losing grip on any of them Comfortable working as an individual contributor with broad organisational reach - influencing without authority and building credibility through knowledge and consistency Highly Desirable Experience responding to enterprise InfoSec questionnaires and supporting security due diligence processes in a commercial context Familiarity with continuous penetration testing approaches and programmes - coordinating testing cycles, interpreting findings, and managing remediation through to evidence Working knowledge of NIS2 and SOC 2 - understanding of what they require and what preparation looks like, even without direct certification experience Exposure to AI governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001, or an active interest in developing that knowledge as Infinity's AI capability grows Experience working within a cloud native environment - understanding how AWS infrastructure, serverless architecture, and SaaS delivery models interact with security and compliance obligations Relevant professional qualifications - CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer, or equivalent Benefits you can enjoy 4.5 day working week (Half day every Friday - 1pm finish) 25 days holiday (with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days per year) Private single medical insurance Employee Assistance Programme Life Assurance (4x Salary) Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay Tech Scheme Loan (of up to £2,000 per year) Ride to Work Scheme Season Ticket Loan Dedicated annual company and team social budget At Infinity, our aim is to be the best call tracking provider in the world and to do that we welcome our employees with open arms and create an environment where you can bring your best self, every day! We're an equal opportunities employer. That means we'll never discriminate based on race, religion, origin, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, social economic status or disability status. In fact, our recruitment process is completely anonymised, and we don't see any of your personal details when we review your application. At Infinity, we don't treat our hiring process as a box ticking exercise and we're just as interested in team fit as we are technical fit. So, even if you don't meet all the requirements listed in one of our vacancies, get in touch with us anyway because we'd love to hear from you.

Senior DevOps Engineer
Board Intelligence
Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm that supercharges boards with the science of board effectiveness. We build better businesses and benefit society. Through a suite of AI-powered software tools, evaluation frameworks, and advisory services that distil twenty years of boardroom experience, we improve the efficiency of board processes and the effectiveness of boards. We work with over 80,000 leaders and 3,000 organisations across the world, with clients across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30. In 2024 we received substantial backing from K1 Investment Management - the leading B2B Enterprise SaaS investors. We are at the beginning of significant growth, and we're looking for superb talent to join us on this journey. As we grow, we're fiercely protective of our culture and values. Many of us, including our founders, have families and other priorities, so we know the value of a supportive company. The team is diverse and friendly. We value fun: most days you'll find a social event or learning opportunity to get involved with, including company socials, away days, and philanthropic activities. Our Mission We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefiting society. The Role As Senior DevOps Engineer you will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform and AWS. You will work across a genuinely varied brief: multi-cloud architecture, Kubernetes cluster management, cloud migration, CI/CD, and tackling the kind of legacy tech debt that accumulates in a fast-growing business. This is a hands on role with real scope to shape how we build and operate infrastructure at scale. Senior Sales Development Executive / Business Development Executive (full cycle SDR)
Talanos Cyber Security
UK Remote, with regular travel to London, to meet clients and prospects and spend time with colleagues. Ideally you will live within a 90-minute commute. Why Talanos? We're a rapidly growing and strongly accredited cybersecurity scale-up with an ever-expanding footprint. Our clients span a diverse range of mid-market organisations who rely on us for exceptional security solutions and service. They trust us because we combine deep technical expertise with a commitment to delivering outcomes. At Talanos, you'll be part of a team that's building something meaningful: protecting businesses, enabling their missions and raising the standard of what great security looks like. A lot of competitors are MSPs trying to bolt on security. Talanos is different. We are a pureplay MSSP focused on security outcomes, not just infrastructure uptime or IT support. That makes our sales more compelling. You will be able to speak with confidence about why being security-led matters, especially when customers are comparing Talanos against generalist IT providers. The market is moving from "cyber security" to "cyber resilience". Boards no longer just ask whether they have tools. They ask whether they can detect, respond, recover and prove control effectiveness. Talanos is well positioned for that shift. Sales executives joining now are joining at a point where the market need is growing and the company has a clear story to tell. For someone ambitious, Talanos will give you exposure to the kind of cybersecurity sales knowledge that can lead to account executive, channel, strategic accounts, customer success or leadership roles. We give clients access to cutting edge MDR (Managed Detection & Response) supported 24/7 by our exceptionally well qualified in-house Security Operations Centre. We also offer Dark Web Monitoring (DWM) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) as a service and provide clients with Security Assessments. To enable you to succeed in the role we will provide you with an excellent and well-maintained tech stack (including Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator and Nooks), high quality marketing content and access to senior members of the SOC, Engineering, Client Delivery and leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, customer-driven, proactive and curious. Key responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events). This is a high activity role; you will typically make 250+ cold calls per week. Book, attend and host discovery calls. Drive the sales process from first contact to close. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging and lead-gen initiatives. Track and report weekly on activity metrics and pipeline contribution. Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback. Represent the company professionally and confidently in all interactions. Attending event with the main purpose of networking, initiating conversations and ultimately sourcing leads. What we're looking for An SDR, BDR or similar lead generation role, with at least 2 years experience, ideally in Cyber, B2B SaaS or B2B tech. An entrepreneurial mind-set - you will contribute to and help execute the sales strategy. Strong communication skills - written, verbal and social. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume activity. Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and articulate value. Familiarity with a sales methodology such as MEDDIC or BANT to consistently deliver targets Organised, disciplined and able to manage multiple conversations at once. Curious, coachable and eager to learn and grow. Familiarity with our tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo) is a plus. What we offer Competitive salary and a commission structure which draws a line from business written to commission earned. Clear progression. A great place to learn. The opportunity to be part of a quickly scaling business. Supportive environment with ongoing coaching and development. Opportunity to shape outreach strategy and influence pipeline growth. A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership. What success in this role looks like Consistently hitting monthly meeting booking and qualified opportunity targets. High conversion rates from outreach to closed sales. Strong, predictable contribution to pipeline. Positive feedback from prospects and the sales team. Our values Talanos is a values-led business. We look for people who share our values when we hire. Connection as a team. Quality first. Care for our business, our clients and each other. Pride. Trust and accountability. Learning and sharing. GTM Engineer
Xelix
About us At Xelix, we work with some of the world's largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate - moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows. Xelix is a fast paced scale up - things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively, whilst remaining profitable. We have over 100 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun & we love to celebrate a milestone together. In this role you'll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you're excited about building something special with us, we'd love to hear from you. About the role We're hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and build the systems that power our commercial organisation. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thinks in systems and data. You build for scale and treat manual work as a problem to be solved, not a task to be done. You'll own the design and implementation of GTM infrastructure across our commercial stack: HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, our enrichment tools, and the AI tooling we're increasingly weaving into how we sell. You'll partner with the Sales leaders, Head of Revenue Operations to set technical direction, and work alongside our RevOps Analyst and Sales Enablement Manager to deliver outcomes. The brief is straightforward: anything that is consuming significant time by our commercial teams (SDR, AE and Account Management) should be automated if possible. Anything that requires judgement should be augmented with the best tooling available. Sales should spend their time selling. This role exists because we want to build operating leverage and give our commercial team superpowers through automation and AI. If you've been waiting for a role where the mandate is "build it properly," this is it. What you'll be doing Build commercial infrastructure that scales. Design and implement workflows in HubSpot and across our wider stack that handle routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, and handoffs without manual intervention. Replace bespoke one off work with templated, repeatable systems. Level up the solution architecture capabilities across the team. Own the enrichment and data quality layer. Take ownership of our enrichment stack (currently ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and with planned additions potentially including other tools such as Clay or CommonRoom). Build pipelines that produce clean, accurate, fit scored data. Set the standard for what good data looks like at Xelix. Automate reporting. Templatise it and build dashboards and models that require minimal manual updating. Build AI augmented workflows. Our investors and leadership are bullish on AI, and so are we. You'll prototype and deploy AI agents and LLM powered tooling for tasks like lead qualification, account research, RFP response, call analysis, and content generation. You'll have latitude to experiment, but production deployments need to be reliable, secure, and measurably better than what they replace. Level up our technical capabilities. Work with other members of the team to level up their technical sophistication and help them design and deploy effective processes. What you'll bring You probably won't have done all of these, but you should have done most: Hands on AI/LLM experience. You've built or deployed AI agents, used LLM APIs in production workflows, or integrated AI tooling into commercial processes. This might include Claude, MCP tools, or an agent building tool. You're discerning about how to use LLMs, and understand where LLMs add value and where they don't. Data enrichment expertise. You've worked with enrichment platforms, understand match logic and deduplication, and have opinions about what good data quality looks like. You've cleaned up other people's messes before. A builder's mindset. When you see manual work, you immediately think about how to automate it. You'd rather spend two days building something repeatable than two hours doing it manually. Good commercial instincts. You understand B2B SaaS sales motions, how SDRs and AEs actually work, and what makes commercial teams effective. You're not building in isolation, but to make the business better. Senior IC operating style. You can scope work, prioritise, push back when needed, and ship without close oversight. You're comfortable being the technical SME on a small team. Technical depth (at least one of these): A track record of building commercial systems at scale. You've architected workflows in HubSpot (ideally), or Salesforce that go beyond standard configuration: custom objects, complex routing, lifecycle automation, integrations with multiple tools. We'll want to see specific examples. Or, fluency with low code automation platforms. You've built things in tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. You know which to reach for and when. If you've stood up Clay specifically, that's a strong signal. Or, significant data wrangling skills. The ability to write SQL or Python is a plus. You can build complex models in spreadsheets at a high level of proficiency. What we offer in return Competitive salary depending on experience. 27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing), with the option to roll over 3 days. Hybrid working with three days a week from our dog friendly Hoxton office and on site gym. Comprehensive private medical & dental cover with Vitality. Enhanced parental leave pay. Learning & development culture - £1,000 personal annual budget. We're carbon neutral and are working towards ambitious carbon reduction goals. Lots of team socials & activities. Annual team retreat. We believe that people from diverse backgrounds, with different identities and experiences make our company and product better. No matter your background, we'd love to hear from you! And if you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you - we're happy to accommodate! Lead cross functional initiatives, aligning engineering, data, marketing, and commercial stakeholders around clear goals, hypotheses, and success metrics. Head of Business Systems & Operations London, England, United Kingdom
Reachdesk Ltd
About Us Reachdesk is the first truly end-to-end global SaaS gifting and swag platform, helping B2B companies create meaningful connections with prospects, customers, and employees, while driving measurable ROI. We believe gifting is more than just a transaction: it's about building genuine human connections that fuel business growth. Whether you're engaging prospects, celebrating customers, or recognizing employees, our platform makes it easy to deliver personalized gifts, branded swag, and unforgettable event & brand experiences at scale through automated sourcing, storage, and global delivery. We're growing, and we're currently looking for a Head of Business Systems & Operations to join us. The Role As the Head of Business Systems & Operations at Reachdesk, you will own and shape the systems and data architecture that underpin how the business operates. You will be responsible for connecting Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams through a single, trusted system landscape, ensuring data flows cleanly across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and our BI layer. This is a high impact role where you will define how the business uses its systems, not just maintain them. You will join at a critical stage as we complete our closed-loop architecture and transition ownership from product into the business. You will have full autonomy to design, govern, and evolve this ecosystem while embedding AI into core workflows and decision making. This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys creating order from complexity: building a reliable, scalable foundation that the business trusts, enabling faster decisions, stronger financial control, and a step change in operational efficiency across Reachdesk. Your Responsibilities Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, the Reachdesk SaaS platform and the BI layer, ensuring trusted, timely data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams. Lead from the front - set technical direction by being in the systems alongside your team, not just reviewing their work. You will personally own the highest-leverage build and architecture decisions. Lead the transition of systems ownership from various teams, establishing a clear operating model, governance framework, and roadmap that the business trusts and that can evolve as needs change. Complete and continuously evolve this architecture so every core process is underpinned by clean data and reliable automation. Embed AI into core workflows and decision making, from forecasting and pipeline insights to customer health, billing, and operational automation, delivering measurable efficiency gains. Define and enforce data governance, master data management, and integration standards across all systems, safeguarding quality and consistency. Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Product to translate business priorities into scalable system solutions, balancing speed of delivery with long term architectural integrity. Build, lead, and develop a small, high performing team of systems and operations specialists, and manage external delivery partners where needed. Own vendor relationships, contracts, and roadmaps for our core SaaS stack, ensuring we get value, leverage, and influence over product direction, with a focus on finding efficiencies and cost savings. Define and report on system health, data quality, and operational efficiency KPIs to the executive team and Board where relevant. About You You are a strategic systems leader with strong technical instincts and a pragmatic builder mentality. You see business systems as a competitive advantage, not a back office function, and you are energized by the opportunity to shape the operating engine of a high growth, PE backed SaaS business. You understand the importance and value of data integrity and consistency, ensuring every department relies on the same core data and metrics. You are still in the system. You are as comfortable in a Salesforce flow, a NetSuite saved search, or a Workato recipe as you are in a strategy meeting. You believe leaders in this function lose their edge the moment they stop building, and you have no interest in becoming that person. You move comfortably between architecture decisions and detailed configuration, and you are equally at home in a conversation with the CFO, the CRO, or an engineer. You bring a hands on operator mindset: you understand that great systems exist to make the business faster, sharper, and more accountable, and you measure your success by the decisions and outcomes they enable. Must have Qualifications 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years leading a function or team. Deep, hands on expertise across Salesforce and NetSuite, including a track record of designing and evolving the integration layer between them. Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling. Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture, covering quote to cash, lead to revenue, and customer lifecycle, in a multi entity, multi currency environment. Demonstrably hands on within the last 12 months - you can speak in concrete detail about systems you have personally configured, automations you have built, or data models you have designed, not just programmes you have sponsored. Robust data governance and master data management discipline, with a clear point of view on ownership, lineage, and quality. Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional systems programs end to end, on time and on budget. Excellent stakeholder management, particularly with Finance and GTM leadership, and the ability to translate technical decisions into commercial impact. People leadership experience with a coaching mindset, and the ability to build a small team that punches above its weight. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a PE backed, high growth SaaS environment with tight financial control requirements. Familiarity with multi stream revenue models (e.g. SaaS combined with services, marketplace, or fulfillment) and the revenue recognition complexity they bring. Hands on experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows, not just experimenting with it. NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.

Senior Software Engineer (Elixir)
Sona
3 billion people across the world work in frontline jobs. Yet, despite rising costs and staff shortages, frontline organisations are still left to choose between paper, Excel, and WhatsApp, or decade-old workforce management solutions to take care of the most important part of their businesses - their people. Enter Sona: the next generation of AI-native, frontline workforce management. We've built an end-to-end platform covering Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Communications that gives the largest frontline organisations everything they need to staff more intelligently and empower their teams. In under 5 years, we've already made a deep impact on the lives of over 100k frontline workers and the operation of their organisations, grown the team to 140+, and secured over $100M in funding from notable VCs, including our Series B led by N47 alongside Felicis, Northzone, and Gradient Ventures (Google). It's a hugely exciting time to be joining the team as we're still small enough that you'll have a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory and culture, yet large enough to have a great structure, experienced leaders and world-class benefits in place. About the Role We're hiring Senior Software Engineers to join our product teams and help build the next generation of workforce management. This isn't a traditional engineering role - at Sona, engineers are deeply embedded in the product development process, working directly with customers to understand their pain points and turning those insights into shipped solutions. AI tooling is central to how we work. Coding agents produce the majority of our code, and your job is to direct, correct, and architect - not type every line yourself. You'll use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as a core part of your daily workflow, and we'll assess that proficiency as part of the interview process. To do that well, you need strong Elixir expertise - enough to know when an agent's output is wrong and how to fix it. Day to day, you'll work within a cross-functional product team with significant autonomy over how to reach outcomes. You'll participate in defining features and scope from PR FAQs and kick-off conversations rather than picking up fully specified tickets. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate across different product domains throughout the year - scheduling, payroll, HR, staff engagement - giving you breadth that most engineering roles don't offer. This role is remote-first for anyone based in a European timezone, with quarterly in-person team alignment sessions and client workshops in London. It's not a fully isolated remote setup - you'll need flexibility to travel for the moments that matter. Responsibilities Own features end-to-end across Sona's platform, from scoping through to delivery, including in the mobile app Use AI development tooling as your primary workflow - directing and evaluating agent-produced code, not writing everything from scratch Work directly with customers through workshops, feedback sessions, and discovery conversations to ensure what you build solves real problems Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to shape solutions from vague requirements and kick off outputs Contribute to multiple product domains across the year, building deep understanding of workforce management challenges Participate in the product development process - challenging scope, suggesting approaches, and making pragmatic trade offs between the ideal solution and the right one for now Requirements You're a senior engineer who's comfortable owning features from scoping to production - not just executing against a spec You have professional Elixir experience - enough to evaluate and correct agent-produced code in a production codebase AI development tooling is already embedded in how you work, not something you've experimented with once or twice. You can articulate your workflows and demonstrate them under pressure You care about understanding customer problems as much as solving technical ones, and you're comfortable being in front of customers directly You communicate clearly and concisely - adapting for technical and non technical audiences alike You're pragmatic: you can let go of a strongly held opinion when the situation calls for it, and you make trade offs consciously Bonus: full stack experience including React Native, background at a product led engineering team or high growth B2B SaaS company, or familiarity with HR/workforce management domains Benefits Salary: £85-105k Remote first (Europe timezone) with quarterly in person sessions and client workshops in London Share options 35 days annual leave (25 days standard plus 10 flexible public holiday days) Extra day of leave for every year of service Pension contributions matched up to 5% Comprehensive health insurance Enhanced parental leave & pay Co working space stipend for those based outside London Annual all expenses paid team retreats The latest Macbook and equipment budget for your home office Professional development budget Unlimited free books Note: this represents a typical salary and benefits package for a UK based, full time employee. Exact details may vary based on location and employment type but we try to be as fair as possible to all of our team members. Please ask your contact in the Talent team to clarify the available benefits for you.
