Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of VCF9 greenfield deployments, implementing and configuring the platform in line with agreed designs. Contribute to design and requirements workshops, providing practical input from a deployment and delivery perspective. Produce and maintain deployment documentation and workbooks, including build guides, configuration steps and as-built documentation. Carry out installation, configuration and validation of VCF9 components, including NSX, ensuring alignment with standards and best practice. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across VCF and NSX components during deployment and early life support. Collaborate with architects, engineers and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth and coordinated delivery. Provide technical guidance to customer teams and support knowledge transfer where required. Required Skills and Qualifications Active SC Clearance. Proven experience delivering VCF deployments in a consultant or engineer capacity. Strong hands-on experience with VCF9 and NSX. Good understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation architecture and supporting technologies. Experience working in customer-facing environments alongside multiple stakeholders and suppliers. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider delivery team. Preferred Qualifications VMware certifications such as VCP or VCAP. Experience supporting large-scale cloud or infrastructure transformation programmes. Familiarity with additional VMware products and solutions.
