SharePoint & Power Platform Developer (Contract) Thames Ditton, Surrey (Hybrid, 3-4 days in the office) Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) Initial Contract Opportunity 3-4 Days per Week Onsite We're seeking a hands-on SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join a growing technology team and help deliver business-critical Microsoft 365 solutions. This role will focus on designing, developing and enhancing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions that support collaboration, document management, workflow automation and wider digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and support SharePoint Online solutions, including document management and collaboration platforms. Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Develop custom solutions using SPFx, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph. Design and maintain Dataverse data models. Integrate Microsoft 365 and third-party business systems. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. Required Experience 5+ years' experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions. Strong SharePoint Online development experience. SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph. Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse expertise. Experience with SharePoint governance, permissions, information architecture and document management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Azure Functions or Logic Apps. Power BI or Microsoft Fabric. Microsoft Copilot / AI experience. Additional Information Based primarily from the new Thames Ditton office. 4 days onsite initially, reducing to 3 days after onboarding. Occasional travel to the London Strand office may be required.
