The Infrastructure team resides within the innovative and progressive Digital and Technology Directorate and is embedded in a major and exciting three year legacy displacement programme. About the Role We are looking for an accomplished Digital and Technology Infrastructure Services Manager to join us and lead a team of engineers and their workload. You'll mentor, coach and help develop the team as well as work-load manage business as usual with projects. Role/Team overview This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and lead the reporting and analytics capability within the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) function. The Continuous Threat Exposure Reporting Manager is responsible for developing, automating, and delivering high-quality reporting across vulnerability management, secure configuration and attack surface management domains. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling the organisation to understand its exposure, prioritise remediation activities, and drive risk reduction at scale through data-driven insights. This is a chance to shape how exposure is measured and communicated across the organisation, leveraging automation, advanced analytics and machine learning to move from static reporting to proactive, intelligence-led decision support. What you'll do Design, develop and maintain reporting across Vulnerability Management, Secure Configuration, Attack Surface Management (ASM) and Exposure Validation. Produce reporting for operational teams, engineering teams and executive stakeholders. Consolidate and correlate data from multiple platforms to create a unified and prioritised exposure view. Develop dashboards covering exposure posture, remediation performance, SLA adherence and coverage. Automate reporting using scripting, SQL and data pipelines. Apply machine learning, artificial intelligence and other analytics to improve prioritisation and identify trends. Use data and reporting to identify high impact remediation activities Define reporting standards, KPIs and governance. Prepare reporting for senior management, both inside and outside of Global Cyber Security, on risk and exposure trends. What you'll bring Essential criteria: Experience in cyber security reporting, analytics or vulnerability management. Strong understanding of vulnerability, secure configuration, exposure validation and attack surface management. Experience integrating multiple data sources into reporting frameworks. Hands-on SQL experience. Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell or similar). Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience automating reporting pipelines. Experience with data lakes and big data solutions (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable skills and experience: Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence or advanced analytics.
