Technical literacy to design within constraints (component-based UI, platform considerations, integration constraints); able to work effectively with engineers. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in Trade Finance / Working Capital / Treasury / Payments/ Commercial Banking / Transaction Banking / Consumer Banking or similar regulated enterprise domains. Familiarity contributing to or evolving a design system. Accessibility and inclusive design advocacy (plus). Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
