Thoughtworks Inc.
Client Engagement Architect (Technology Advisory) Principal Engagement Architects at Thoughtworks are the delivery and solution leaders for AI-native advisory engagements. This role combines the responsibilities of an engagement manager, product leader, and systems thinker. You will dictate how high-level strategy translates into working solutions and measurable outcomes. You sit at the center of the engagement, connecting client intent, business outcomes, and execution reality to break down doors, get engagements started, and set up our delivery teams for success. About OLIX AI is growing faster than any technology in history and the explosion in demand has created a massive infrastructure gap; we can no longer build chips or power stations fast enough to keep up. The industry is still leaning on a ten year old hardware blueprint that has reached its limit. A new paradigm that is faster and more efficient will be the biggest economic opportunity of the next century and create the most important company of the next decade. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX 1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode. Rack scale co design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance. The Role We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to build and lead the team responsible for the internal platform our entire organization depends on. You will own the compute, storage, networking, and CI/CD systems that our hardware, software, ML, and compiler engineers use to build, test, and collaborate daily. This is a high ownership role with the freedom to define our internal infrastructure, security standards, and technical operations from the ground up. You will guide your team to transform slow, manual workflows into fast, reproducible, and genuinely secure systems, while currently holding the reins for our foundational IT operations as the company expands. If you care equally about maximizing engineering velocity, establishing best in class security, and building a highly capable technical team, there is a massive amount of impactful work to dig into here. Responsibilities Day to day, you will guide your team and manage the strategic execution of our engineering platform and technical operations. This is a mix of strategic alignment, architectural guidance, and team enablement focused on: Team Leadership & Delivery: Directing the team in building provisioning automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, network design, and observability systems. Operational & IT Oversight: Ensuring your team effectively supports and unblocks engineers on complex build or connectivity issues, while also steering the broader IT function-including identity management, device fleets, and SaaS administration-as we scale through this current phase of growth. Security Posture: Championing a "secure by default" mindset across all infrastructure, endpoints, and access points. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with engineering leaders (with compiler engineering as an early, demanding customer) to ensure the engineering platform and the wider company environment stay highly coherent and efficient. Skills & Experience Team Leadership & Management: Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and scaling high performing infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering teams. Deep Technical Foundation: A strong background as an engineer or architect in cloud computing, storage, and networking. You don't need to write every line of code, but you must be able to hold your own in architectural discussions and guide technical decisions. Developer Productivity & CI/CD: Experience overseeing the design and operation of robust build systems and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with the unique infrastructure demands of hardware, ML, or compiler engineering teams is a significant plus. Security & Access Management: Deep understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint security. You instinctively build environments that are secure by default without destroying engineering velocity. IT Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to manage or oversee foundational IT functions, including device fleet management (MDM), SaaS administration, and corporate networking, particularly in a high growth environment. From Scratch Builder Mentality: Experience thriving in an early stage or rapidly scaling environment. You are comfortable defining strategy, establishing processes, and building a platform from the ground up rather than just maintaining legacy systems. Cross Functional Communication: Excellent ability to partner with diverse technical leaders across software, hardware, and IT, translating complex operational bottlenecks into clear, executable infrastructure strategies. Compensation & Equity Competitive Salary: Commensurate with your experience, skills, and location. Equity & Ownership: Meaningful stock options. You're not just joining the mission; you're owning a piece of it. Proximity Bonus: We value your time. To minimise your commute and maximise your life, we offer an annual Living Local Bonus if your residence is within 20 minutes of the office. Retirement Benefits: Employer contributed retirement plans to help you build long term financial security. Due to U.S. export control regulations, candidates' eligibility to work at OLIX depends on their most recent citizenship or permanent residency status. We are generally unable to consider applicants whose most recent citizenship or permanent residence is in certain restricted countries (currently including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Venezuela). Applicants who have subsequently obtained citizenship or permanent residency in another country not subject to these restrictions may still be eligible.

Rapid prototyping: iterate quickly on new agent capabilities and deployment patterns, moving from concept to production efficiently. Open source community: engage with the cagent community, review contributions, and help grow the ecosystem. Cross functional collaboration: work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across Docker's AI teams to integrate containerized agent capabilities into Docker's developer experience. On call rotation: participate as needed in support outside of standard business hours. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Go (or the willingness and ability to ramp up). Practical experience with large language models and agent development. Proven ability to design scalable, distributed systems. Deep understanding of Docker, containerization best practices, and orchestration. Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation systems (secondary focus). Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback. Experience with AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AGNO, ADK, LangChain, LangGraph or similar (preferred). Cloud architecture design capability across major providers; rounded understanding of database trade offs - relational, NoSQL, graph and caching strategies. Strong engineering practices: CI/CD, testing (Jest, Cypress, React Test Library), release management and security conscious development. A genuine passion for AI solutions and specifically for the complexity of delivering them to production at scale. You should be as energised by the hard problems of operationalisation, reliability and governance as by the technology itself. Your Skills and Experience We're seeking a technically credible, commercially aware leader who brings a rare combination of delivery accountability, client advisory skill, and deep AI/technology specialism. You will be someone energised by the complexity of taking AI solutions to production at scale - and who can inspire a team and a client with that same passion. 7+ years in technology consulting, software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role - including direct accountability for end-to-end engagement delivery, resourcing and commercial outcomes. Enterprise Architect - AI
RadNet, Inc.
Enterprise Architect - Artificial Intelligence AI/ML Infrastructure, Platform & Governance Role Summary World Wide Technology is looking for a deeply technical Enterprise Architect who will own the delivery of AI projects end to end from the silicon and data center design that underpins AI workloads, through the software and MLOps stack, to the governance frameworks that make AI trustworthy and defensible at scale. This is a technical hardware-and-software architect role, not a strategy-only position. The successful candidate operates comfortably across GPU infrastructure, high-performance networking, model training and inference pipelines, and the AI risk/governance disciplines increasingly demanded by regulators and enterprise boards. The Enterprise Architect will lead technical delivery teams for client engagements, acting as the single point of technical accountability from design through to go-live, while mentoring delivery teams and shaping WWT's broader AI point of view. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical delivery of AI/ML engagements: architecture definition, design authority, build oversight, and go-live validation. Host and chair Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Technical Design Authority (TDA) sessions for AI engagements, owning governance gates, decision records, and design sign-off. Architect AI infrastructure spanning GPU/accelerator compute, high-performance interconnects ,parallel/high-throughput storage, and orchestration Design the AI software stack: training and fine-tuning pipelines, distributed training frameworks, inference/serving platforms, MLOps/LLMOps tooling, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic architectures. Define and AI governance frameworks covering model risk management, responsible AI, data lineage, bias/fairness testing, explainability, and regulatory alignment (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001). Act as trusted technical advisor to client CTOs, CIOs and Heads of Data/AI on platform strategy, build-vs-buy decisions, and AI operating model design. Lead technical workshops, architecture design sessions, and proof-of-concept builds with cross-functional engineering, data science, and security teams. Serve as the technical escalation point for delivery teams; unblock design and implementation issues under time pressure. Mentor other architects and engineers on AI systems design, uplifting AI depth across the practice. Partner with sales and pre-sales to scope AI solutions, size infrastructure, and validate technical feasibility of proposed architectures. Define automation, orchestration, and observability standards across the AI stack, from GPU cluster provisioning through to model monitoring in production. Architect integration points connecting AI platforms to existing enterprise networks, third-party systems, and external or service-provider-hosted environments (e.g. colocation, managed GPU-as-a-service, external inference endpoints). Track the fast-moving AI landscape - new model architectures, silicon, frameworks and regulation - and translate relevant developments into WWT's delivery methodology and client recommendations. Required Technical Skills & Experience Experience Baseline 10+ years in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles. 5+ years focused specifically on AI/ML systems design and delivery, including at least 2 years working with generative AI/LLM workloads. Demonstrated track record leading technical delivery (not just advisory) on enterprise-scale AI or HPC infrastructure programmes. AI Hardware & Data Center Infrastructure GPU/accelerator architectures: NVIDIA / AMD, including multi-node scale-out design. Accelerator interconnects: NVLink, NVSwitch High-performance networking: InfiniBand and RoCEv2 fabric design, 400G/800G Ethernet, rail-optimized topologies for AI clusters. Data center facilities: power density, liquid cooling, and rack-level design considerations specific to AI compute. Storage: parallel and high-throughput file systems (e.g. Everpure, WEKA, VAST, NetApp) sized for training and checkpointing workloads. AI Software, MLOps & Generative AI ML frameworks: PyTorch and TensorFlow at a working, hands-on level. Distributed training: Horovod, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, or equivalent multi-node training frameworks. Inference & serving: NVIDIA Triton, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or equivalent high-throughput serving platforms. MLOps/LLMOps: Kubeflow, MLflow, and at least one hyperscaler ML platform (SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI).
