We are looking for a Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. This role sits within a reporting and technical team, focused on delivering high-quality reporting solutions and integrations to support business needs. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Develop reports and outputs using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher Support reporting and integration design aligned to business and programme objectives Conduct fit-gap analysis and contribute to solution design and development Support testing activities including UAT, providing analysis and recommendations Investigate and resolve complex reporting issues across systems and modules Maintain documentation, version control, and adherence to change and release processes Identify opportunities to improve and streamline reporting solutions Skills and Experience Strong experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) Experience producing functional and technical specifications Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with finance systems and reporting environments Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills Additional Information Hybrid working with 3 days per week on site Fixed-term contract opportunity Working on a high-profile transformation programme with significant stakeholder exposure
