Good relevant experience of working in a Systems Engineering environment - ideally within the Automotive Sector Strong foundation of engineering principals Experience of working on systems/components in complex controls environment Working level knowledge of ISO 26262 and Cyber Security processes. Experience working on ECUs and the associated disciplines (e.g. automotive networks & UDS diagnostics etc.) Requirements authoring and requirements management skills (RM) Good verbal and written communications Analytical and problem solving skills Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills Relevant experience of system definition, system architecture development, requirements specification, design/performance modelling, systems integration, system assessment and acceptance Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred Desirable: Experience in applying Systems Engineering and in solving complex technical issues using a structured approach Experience in Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML using IBM Rational Rhapsody Experience of requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORs or Dassault TRM) Profile description: A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.
