1st Line Support Engineer - Lync Nigel Frank are looking for a 1st line support engineer who wants to get exposure to the UC space to join a key client based in London. The ideal candidate will have junior knowledge of networking/ windows infrastructure OR Lync and over all have excellent communication skills. They will preferably come from a service provider background, with experience of supporting multiple clients at one time. Key Skills include: - 1-2 years experience within IT - Experience with Lync/Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya or other UC/VC products desireable - Provide high level customer support at 1st line level to internal and external service users - Technical support on the clients collaboration products and services; Audio, Web, UC and Video services. - Ensure effective Incident Management in line with the companies defined SLA commitments - Manage our suppliers to ensure incident resolution in line with set SLAs - Support both internal/ external stakeholders with IT / IS requirements both onsite and coordinating with remote resources as applicable in the region My client is offering great opportunities for progression and the chance to get involved with supporting large Skype for Business environments.
