Solutions Architect London - Hybrid (1 day per week onsite) Up to £95,000 + Excellent Benefits Permanent We are working with a leading professional services organisation seeking a Solutions Architect to join their growing digital and technology function. The organisation is currently delivering a significant technology and digital transformation programme , and this role will play a key part in shaping the architecture and solutions that support long-term strategic growth. You will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to design scalable, secure and integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency and support innovation across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with organisational strategy Translate business requirements into robust solution architectures Lead architecture design across cloud platforms, SaaS applications and integrations Work with delivery teams to ensure architectural standards and best practices are followed Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure solutions meet business needs Support the delivery of key digital transformation initiatives Ensure systems are secure, resilient and well integrated Skills & Experience Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect or Senior Developer Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platforms (desirable) Experience designing integration solutions across SaaS platforms Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern delivery approaches Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Benefits Up to £95,000 salary Hybrid working - 1 day per week onsite in London 30 days annual leave 10% employer pension contribution Healthcare cash plan Life assurance Flexible working environment Modern central London office

I'm working with a key public sector organisation who are looking for a Senior Power Platform Specialist to join their team and help rebuild their entire CRM system on Microsoft Power Platform moving away from Dynamics. You'll work across the full SDLC from gathering requirements through to design, build, testing and support. It's a hands on role , but you'll also have the chance to mentor colleagues and help shape technical standards . The role: As part of this role, you will take ownership of Power Platform solution design and delivery, building and supporting enterprise level applications using Power Apps , Power Automate , Power Pages , and Power Virtual Agents . You will configure and deploy Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solutions, while working closely with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure secure and scalable outcomes . A key part of the role will be driving ALM best practices, implementing CI CD pipelines, and embedding DevOps processes. While the focus will be on low code , you will occasionally use custom code in JavaScript or C# where required. Looking ahead, there is also potential to mentor or manage a small team as the function grows. What you'll bring: Strong experience designing and building enterprise solutions on the Power Platform Hands on with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, ALM and Azure DevOps Experience coding in JavaScript or C# Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and influencing technical direction Exposure to Power Apps Test Studio or other testing solutions Microsoft certifications are a desirable but not essential What's in it for you?
