About the team OTS Design Execution (ODX) is an internal telecoms design team within Operations Technology Solutions (OTS), and is a current mix of program managers, engineers and technical experts. Our mission is to provide physical telecoms design expertise for all our programs across both launch and retrofits programs in order to increase the quality of physical deployments against OTS engineering standards, and reduce post deployment defects.
