The Role As Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for identifying, securing and developing new commercial opportunities across electrical, heating and plumbing services. Working closely with technical and operational teams, you'll ensure proposals are competitive, commercially sound and aligned with client expectations across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and public sector environments. This is a strategic and outward-facing role suited to an individual who thrives on opening doors, building partnerships and converting opportunity into sustained revenue growth. Required skills and competencies: Experience working at a senior level within Software Engineering. Proven leadership skills and experience managing digital development teams. A background in Agile development process with a desire to move to full DevOps. Experience of managing third parties through significant organisational structural and technology change. Fantastic stakeholder management skills, able to manage business expectations and influence business leaders. Focused on delivery, so an excellent knowledge of delivery processes is essential.
