We're looking for an exceptional Insight & Intelligence Manager to play a leading role in shaping how we use data, analytics and emerging technologies to improve outcomes for our residents. This is a key leadership role within our Insight & Intelligence Hub, responsible for driving data informed decision-making across the organisation, developing advanced analytical solutions, and guiding a talented team of analysts and data scientists. You combine technical depth with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. You'll bring: - Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning and data engineering. - Experience designing secure, scalable data solutions using platforms such as Azure, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks or Fabric. - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and/or R, and confidence in developing data pipelines and operationalising models. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions and tell compelling data stories. - Experience leading, coaching or developing analysts or data scientists. - A passion for driving data culture, improving data literacy, and championing ethical, secure use of data. School Senior IT Technician Based in Bordesley Green, Birmingham 18 - 20ph (dependent on experience) Your new company A busy Secondary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Senior IT Technician to work along side the IT Manager. This role will be, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. The role is to cover long term sickness. Your new role The role is to support the school's computer systems, applications and associated software, and to advise and support on the implementation of system developments. About this role: An exciting opportunity has become available within our rapidly expanding Technical team. We are looking for a dynamic technical engineer that will be based on site at a School in the local York area. The On-Site Support Technician is a key figure, in maintaining and developing the relationship with this school while also providing high-quality and professional technical support service to staff and students. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support within an Education environment and supporting customers with Windows, Google G Suites and Smoothwall. You will be responsible for: To provide ICT technical support to the school.
