We are looking to engage an experienced Secuity Cleared Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of complex digital services within a secure, enterprise environment. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions , working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team. Responsibilities Design, develop and implement Salesforce-based solutions within a structured delivery environment Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practice Support integration with enterprise systems and data platforms Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of delivery processes Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance standards Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs Experience working within Agile delivery environments Understanding of secure and scalable application development Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Strong problem-solving and communication skills Desirable Salesforce certifications (eg Platform Developer, App Builder or similar) Experience working within regulated or secure environments Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices Requirements Active Security Clearance UK-based
