Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimising KPI Trees and performance measurement frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, API, RPA) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and facilitate workshops focused on performance alignment. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. What's my next step?
