Scope of Role The ITRS IT Infrastructure Team works internally within the organisation to keep and maintain the working environment as efficient as to everyone's role. The team provides technical assistance to ITRS offices, globally. This includes supporting the underlying infrastructure of the offices and staff IT issues. As an Infrastructure Analyst for our Domain Consolidation Project, you will be responsible for delivery of a project to consolidate multiple Microsoft Entra, Active Directory and LDAP domains following the defined project scope. We have engaged a third-party partner to assist and advise on this project - you will communicate with the third party to deliver the shared aims of the project. You will report to the Global IT Infrastructure Manager and the Programme Management team. This role offers a 6-month full time contract with a hybrid work schedule. As a Infrastructure Analyst for our Domain Consolidation Project, you will: Deliver the Domain Consolidation Project scope. Work with other IT Team members to implement the project and minimise disruption for ITRS staff. Coordinate with 3rd parties engaged by ITRS to work on the Domain Consolidation project. Report on project progress to the Programme Management team and ITRS Management. Advise on possible tools and specific implementation methods to achieve the project aims. Ensure the final implementation complies with ISO 27001 certification. Ensure the final implementation is documented in line with ITRS standards. Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English 5 years' professional experience L2 or L3 infrastructure support. System Administrator Linux, and windows servers. System Administrator Linux, Windows and MacOS end-user devices. Windows Active Directory and/ or AzureAD/Entra. 2 years' hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following skills or disciplines. You will benefit from having the following experience: Cloud computing administration in AWS / S3 /EFS / Google / Azure Database administration Virtualised environments (VMWare, Proxmox, Nutanix, HyperV) Desktop and user support experience.
