Familiar with Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Application Server, or JBoss. Strong background in Integration Technologies, particularly Mule ESB IDE or equivalent, with previous Middleware experience. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing frameworks (Cucumber/Litmus, JUnit). Ability to contribute to automation, causal analysis, and the development of shared/common solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, team leadership, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking. Experience operating in a highly Agile continuous integration and continuous deployment environment. Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Mule certification is a plus.
