Produce high-quality documentation and knowledge base articles for end users. Support endpoint-related change and release activities, perform pilot/validation testing, and coordinate out-of-hours work as required to minimise business disruption. The ideal candidate for this EUC Engineer role will be professional and customer focused. You will have gained proven experience in a 2nd line EUC or endpoint engineering role supporting enterprise environments, with demonstrable ownership of complex incidents and changes. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) is essential. The salary on offer for this role is £45-£60,000 depending on experience.
