Key Requirements: Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst in large complex organisations, ideally within the Insurance industry. Previous experience delivering on Policy Admin System (PAS) transformation projects. An understanding of Policy Admin Systems I.e. Guidewire, Acturis, Duckcreek etc. Expertise delivering on programmes at Discovery and Initiation phase with the ability to lead workshops. Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have: Immediate availability.
