Contribute to process and governance improvements, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to best practice standards. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a 2nd line support or application support role within a live service/critical environment. Knowledge of: Netcool (event monitoring) ServiceNow (SNOW) or equivalent ITSM tool PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting SQL (queries, troubleshooting) Oracle databases SolarWinds (infrastructure monitoring) Nice to Have (Desirable) Skills AIX (UNIX administration and support) IBM MQ (messaging middleware) AWS (EC2, VPC - cloud infrastructure basics)
