Lead capacity planning and performance optimisation. Ensure governance and compliance with change management and security processes. Act as technical authority and product owner for selected infrastructure components. Support project delivery through high-level designs and architecture reviews. Drive disaster recovery planning and testing. Promote infrastructure automation and continuous improvement. Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering best practices. Skills & Experience Deep understanding of network infrastructure and secure configuration. Advanced knowledge of IT security and secure operations. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments. Experience in infrastructure automation and Scripting (eg, PowerShell, Terraform). Skilled in managing enterprise technologies such as: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Teams Admin. Networking (VLANs, VPNs, routing), Firewalls, SD-WAN. Integration platforms and virtualisation technologies. Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation. Proficient in change and incident management processes. Logical, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing competing priorities.
