Join a global, fast-paced environment where youll support core IT operations and develop essential technical skills.
International Helpdesk & Technical SupportAct as the first point of contact for global IT support
Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritising and escalating issues
Handle user account provisioning and de-provisioning following least privilege principles
Support maintenance of network, server, and cloud systems
Assist with vulnerability assessments, patching, and device security
Help monitor and respond to cyber security alerts
Contribute to the Incident Response process
Help enforce internal IT policies and security standards
Assist with documenting processes to support GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance
Contribute to internal knowledge base and technical training materials
Youll complete an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship with a specialist digital training provider (such as NowSkills), combining hands-on experience with structured learning.
Technical Skills Youll GainTroubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Software installation and upgrades
Routine IT, network, and telecoms maintenance
Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Linux)
Monitoring DNS, firewalls, network performance
Application deployment and data access setup
Cyber security fundamentals and secure working
Clear communication with users and stakeholders
Workload management and meeting SLAs
Documentation, escalation, and reporting
Maintaining safe and secure working practices
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
