3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Defence

My client needs no introduction and due to huge demand and growth within the sector have created a position for skilled senior level infrastructure / support engineers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of support and project implementation as well as a continuous learning environment.

What do I need?
- Experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering ideally within an IT MSP, Defence, Telecoms- Skills supporting tools and tech such as - Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SAN or NAS, Disaster recovery etc- Experience serving as an escalation point for complex support tickets - Experience installing / supporting firewalls, anti-virus and other security related products and services- Can work cross departmentally with Network and SOC teams to solve complex issues for end - users- Strong communicator and experienced working directly with customers on support tickets- Please note these roles are subject to high level security clearances.
