CNC Programmer

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join a busy and growing manufacturing business in Ross-on-Wye.

This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in milling-focused CNC programming, working on a wide variety of components and tooling. Youll be responsible for both offline programming and on-machine programming, ensuring precision and efficiency in all milling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC programming for milling using Siemens (experience with other systems also considered)
• Offline programming of milling operations to support efficient workflow
• Setting, programming, and operating CNC milling machines
• Producing high-quality, accurate components and tooling
• Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the milling process

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in CNC milling programming
• Confident with Siemens or other CNC control systems
• Experience with offline programming software
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
