Head of Cybersecurity and IT

We re seeking a forward-thinking Head of Cyber Security and IT to own the security roadmap, oversee internal IT operations, and guide the organizations technical governance across multiple regions. What you'll Do
you'll lead a dedicated team focused on:

• Developing and executing cyber security strategies, threat detection, and incident response

• Overseeing IT systems including identity management, device control, and network architecture

• Managing enterprise security infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, MDM, etc.)

• Supporting compliance, risk assessments, and vendor onboarding

• Advising senior leadership on posture, risk, and investment priorities

What You Bring

• 5+ years in IT leadership, cyber security, or technical operations

• Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in distributed environments

• Proficiency in digital asset security, including DNS, domain and SSL management

• Strong communication skills in English

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field

Bonus Points For:

• Industry certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL)

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, or NIST frameworks

• Experience with cloud infrastructure security (AWS, GCP, Azure)
