CNC Programmer / Setter / OperatorFull-time Manufacturing Stanstead A well-established precision engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a skilled and collaborative production team. Based at a modern manufacturing facility in the Stansted area, this role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery, alongside production monitoring and quality control.The successful candidate will be capable of taking an issued engineering drawing, programming the machine, setting it up, and running it through to completion, ensuring components are produced to specification.The business operates Siemens controls, XYZ machines, and ONE CNC software. Prior experience with these systems is highly desirable.A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience and skill level, together with a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for a four-day working week (subject to workload).
