What We're Looking For Experience 2-3+ years' experience within a quality engineering, quality systems, or quality assurance role. Experience within aerospace manufacturing or another highly regulated sector (defence, automotive, precision engineering). Hands-on experience conducting internal audits within an AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment. Proven experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing CAPA processes. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) including AS9100 and ISO 9001. Familiarity with audit processes, non-conformance management, and process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, or similar continuous improvement tools.
