Working within a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment, you will contribute to the development of secure, scalable software solutions used to support real-world operational outcomes. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, candidates must hold active Enhanced DV (eDV) clearance . WHAT WILL THE JAVA DEVELOPER BE DOING? You will be joining an experienced engineering team developing and enhancing secure backend systems that underpin mission-critical capabilities. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining Java-based services within highly secure environments, collaborating closely with other engineers, architects and stakeholders to deliver robust and reliable software. WE NEED THE JAVA DEVELOPER TO HAVE Active Enhanced DV (eDV) Clearance Strong Java development experience Experience working within secure or government environments Experience with microservices architectures Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend services Experience working in Agile delivery teams IT WOULD BE NICE FOR THE JAVA DEVELOPER TO HAVE Experience with Spring / Spring Boot Exposure to containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure TO BE CONSIDERED Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to .
