The role is fully remote, and will provide you with a great opportunity to take charge of the Salesforce platform for the entire organisation. Responsibilities: Utilise your extensive Salesforce skillset to effectively develop solutions that fully address client needs. Deploy your knowledge of Apex coding, Lightning and Visualforce when required. Work as part of a dynamic, diverse team to ensure solutions are delivered to clients in the most efficient manner possible. Manage a team of junior developers, mentoring them to uphold best practices. Act as a point of escalation for any issues that arise throughout the development process.
