Responsibilities Be able to identify the source of a security breach Assist customers in responding to computer related incidents Conduct live incident response, data recovery, computer forensic analysis Be a tactical arm of the response team Leading an engagement in at least 2 of the core offerings - PCI-related IR/Forensics investigations, Intellectual Property, Financial Services, Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), Industrial Control Systems, Mobile Phone Forensics, and IR Training Requirements Fluency in French both written and verbal Valid driver's license Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Experience in the techniques, tools and methodologies around computer forensics, incident response, eDiscovery and IoT Previously conducted security assessments, pen testing, and ethical hacking Managed day-to-day aspects of IT investigative cases and protected customer relationships PCI QSA/QIRA OR GCFA certification This is a full-time, contract position for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend and/or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed). As a Chief Applications Engineer you will be responsible for the following:
• Reporting to the VP Business Development, the person appointed will have a leadership role in the field of drives application engineering. Providing central senior guidance & expertise in automation to the sales and development teams.
• The post holder will be required to work closely with Marketing, Sales, Technology and our customers to identify key needs of an application or vertical market, to help develop and execute long term worldwide strategy to grow.
As a Chief Applications Engineer you will have the following experience;
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant branch of engineering which might include electrical/electronic, control or software engineering
• Demonstrable competence and experience at a senior level in drives and automation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of industrial automation markets and technology trends
• Ability to work cooperatively with worldwide engineering and sales groups with varying levels of expertise and diverse cultures
