Duties include: Work with IT Project Analysts and subject matter experts to create, test, continuously improve and support Salesforce processes inline with best practice policies. Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce. Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) to meet business requirements. Oversee data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Monitor system performance, support any scheduled maintenance, and stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates to implement new features and ensure platform stability. Requirements Experience of Salesforce administration. Experience of working with customers to deliver technology change, demonstrating strong communications skills as well as the ability to be able to determine how best to meet the customers needs. Demonstratable problem solving skills and analytical thinking that show how you translate customer requirements into an effective Salesforce solution. Attention to detail and data integrity, ensuring high-quality data management practices and adherence to data governance standards. A proactive approach to learning, staying current with Salesforce updates and continuously seeking opportunities to improve system performance and user experience. Minimum of 2 days per week in the office - dependent on project delivery. Right to work in the UK, visa sponsorship isn't available.
