Demonstrable experience in winning public sector bids including common government frameworks. Broad experience of technical writing, for example on topics such as Infrastructure, Applications and Digital Transformation, blending traditional offerings experience with innovative technologies and approaches. We are currently looking for a ITSM support process & work instruction author to work on a time critical project. As ITSM Support process & work instruction author, you will: * turn critical business processes and non-functional requirements into key support processes and work instructions * Develop Tier 3 Process Maps and Level 4 Work Instructions, Service Operation processes, * capture and design artefacts sufficiently to deliver the RRMC service to support the technical infrastructure and the development a business support capability * write processes and build capability workflows, work instructions and knowledge articles * develop relationships with application management service provider * Maintain the service design workstream MSP You'll have: * a strong Service process development skill within a service transition project background within Technology and IT * ITEL & ITSM experience * Previous experience of large scale technical projects * a flexible approach with a can-do attitude * a solution driven approach Current SC Clearance is desirable The role is working in service design and service support transition as a business process analyst and process author with a suitable level of experience and skills. My client is looking for someone who enjoys understanding code as well as documenting it, and who is willing to develop and become familiar with a plethora of industry and software language and specific terminology. You must have excellent written and spoken English with a clear, concise and organised writing style. The successful candidate will have the ability to document and describe software functionality to a wide readership, some of whom will be non-technical. You should have good general IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the drive and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly.
