You’ll be the go-to person for resolving system issues, helping with upgrades, supporting users, and working on IT projects. You’ll also contribute to training, documentation, and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations for iSAMS, CRM (MS Dynamics), and student management systems
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within service levels
Help with software updates, product rollovers, and system improvements
Keep documentation accurate and up to date
Act as the technical lead for system-related matters and liaise with suppliers
Support system projects, upgrades, and new implementationsWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years working with iSAMS or a similar education system (mandatory)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (2016 or D365) and/or Dynamics Business Central
Strong IT support skills and customer service mindset
Good communication, organisation, and documentation abilities
Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
